The Bullshit continues. Helping Unitrin Insurance ( financial Indemnity Company), take buttholism to a new level is "little Eichmann" Zachary "zack" Devine @(1-800-456-1919x2386) here in our bullshit facility in Dallas, Texas. We value Zack for his ability to lie without pause and the sincerity with which he refers to our ridiculous "ccc market valuation report" as "documentation". Zack's job is to get the caller to forget all about what his car is worth or what he'll get in replace of it and get him wondering if there'll be any compensation for the totaled wreck that is still sitting in the same spot in front of his house in the same spot as it was when it got plowed at 2:10 am. by a one of Unitrin's insured at 2:10 am. who was subsequently hauled away in the back of a squad car. Zack is obsessed with vehicles that are "comparable" to the loss vehicle. Except when they have , no options, are over 3,ooo miles away and without a picture to determine their condition. "Well let's see the documentation MotherFucker!" 4:02 And while he incessantly reminds the caller that his car has more miles on it than the "comps" making it "worth less", the idiot fails to notice that it also has an engine with two more cylinders! Gee, Zack, are six cylinder engines more desirable these days in Luxury American cars from the 70's? And don't forget the Corinthian leather Huh! In mint condition (or whatever CCC considers "Mint"). That's gotta be worth at least $100 more than VInyl. "Woudn't ya ...
Franz Joseph Haydn (1732~1809) 《The Creation》oratorio, Hob. XXI:2 (1798) - English version, Vienna 1800 - (Part 1 / The First Day) 1. Overture (Introduction) - The Representation of Chaos Emma Kirkby (soprano / Gabriel) Anthony Rolfe Johnson (tenor / Uriel) Michael George (bass / Raphael) Choir of New College, Oxford The Chorus of Academy of Ancient Music The Academy of Ancient Music Christopher Hogwood (conductor) The Creation (German: Die Schöpfung) is an oratorio written between 1796 and 1798 by Joseph Haydn (H. 21/2), and considered by many to be his masterpiece. The oratorio depicts and celebrates the creation of the world as described in the biblical Book of Genesis and in Paradise Lost. Haydn was inspired to write a large oratorio during his visits to England in 1791-1792 and 1794-1795, when he heard oratorios of Handel performed by large forces. Israel in Egypt is believed to have been one of these. It is likely that Haydn wanted to try to achieve results of comparable weight, using the musical language of the mature classical style. The work on the oratorio lasted from October 1796 to April 1798. It was also a profound act of faith for this deeply religious man, who appended the words "Praise to God" at the end of every completed composition. He later remarked, "I was never so devout as when I was at work on The Creation; I fell on my knees each day and begged God to give me the strength to finish the work." Haydn composed much of the work while at his ...

This video can only be of interest to English-speaking crazy skaters like myself who enjoy skating at different rinks around the country and the world. Each rink has its own facilities, atmosphere, and characters (skaters/coaches). And these, of course, shift with different times of the day, days of the week, and seasons. My brief visits only can provide a glimpse of each venue. In March of 2010, I skated at 7 different rinks in 6 Japanese cities from Northern Honshu to Western Kyushu. These trips were enabled by my Japan Rail Pass and allowed me to combine my interests of trains and skating. This video reports on my visit to Nagasaki Sports Center - the third stop in my series. The night before, I arrived in Nagasaki and stayed overnight in a business hotel called Toyoko Inn (a chain, see toyoko-inn.com). A single room was only about $55 (small, but clean). They are very close to the Nagasaki JR Station. As the rink wouldn't open until 10am, my plan was to wake up early, take a practice walk from the hotel to the rink to be sure I knew its location, and then go over to the Atomic Bomb Museum which opens at 8:30am. Then I'd head back to the rink for some skating. Unfortunately, that plan didnt work out. I wanted to try to find the rink based on a map from the Internet. I couldn't identify key landmarks on the map and lost a lot of time walking back and forth looking for them. Finally, I gave up on the map and took out my GPS. I did walk to the rink and back, but it was ...

Tensions between American colonials and the British during the revolutionary period of the 1760s and early 1770s led to the American Revolutionary War, fought from 1775 through 1781. On June 14, 1775, the Continental Congress, convening in Philadelphia, established a Continental Army under the command of George Washington. Proclaiming that "all men are created equal" and endowed with "certain unalienable Rights," the Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence, drafted largely by Thomas Jefferson, on July 4, 1776. That date is now celebrated annually as America's Independence Day. In 1777, the Articles of Confederation established a weak confederal government that operated until 1789. After the British defeat by American forces assisted by the French, Great Britain recognized the independence of the United States and the states' sovereignty over American territory west to the Mississippi River. A constitutional convention was organized in 1787 by those wishing to establish a strong national government, with powers of taxation. The United States Constitution was ratified in 1788, and the new republic's first Senate, House of Representatives, and president—George Washington—took office in 1789. The Bill of Rights, forbidding federal restriction of personal freedoms and guaranteeing a range of legal protections, was adopted in 1791. Attitudes toward slavery were shifting; a clause in the Constitution protected the African slave trade only until 1808. The Northern states ...

Siga-me Followers twitter.com Paganini (Genoa October 27, 1782 - Nice, May 27, 1840) was an Italian violinist and composer who revolutionized the art of playing violin, and made his mark as one of the pillars of modern violin. When he was nine years old he went to Parma to study with the famous violinist Alessandro Rolla. After carrying out the latest concert Rolla in the first reading, however, the old master advised him to continue his studies in composition: "I have nothing to teach you, my boy, go and search for Ferdinando Paer. From the 2008-2009 Diary of American Artist David Hart The Little Ice Age (LIA) was a period of cooling that occurred after a warmer era known as the Medieval Warm Period. While not a true ice age, the term was introduced into scientific literature by François E. Matthes in 1939.[1] It is conventionally defined as a period extending from the 16th to the 19th centuries[2][3][4] though climatologists and historians working with local records no longer expect to agree on either the start or end dates of this period, which varied according to local conditions. It is generally agreed that there were three minima, beginning about 1650, about 1770, and 1850, each separated by intervals of slight warming.[5] The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) describes areas affected by the LIA: Evidence from mountain glaciers does suggest increased glaciation in a number of widely spread regions outside Europe prior to the 20th century, including Alaska, New Zealand and Patagonia. However, the timing of maximum glacial advances in these regions differs considerably, suggesting that they may represent largely independent regional climate changes, not a globally-synchronous increased glaciation. Thus current evidence does not support globally synchronous periods of anomalous cold or warmth over this time frame, and the conventional terms of "Little Ice Age" and "Medieval Warm Period" appear to have limited utility in describing trends in hemispheric or global mean temperature ...

DISCLAIMER - this video does NOT contain images of the sex act. It deals with the question of sexual encounters in myths - the Epic of Gilgamesh and the creation myth of Genesis. 4-1 = part 18 of series Genesis is the first book of the Hebrew Bible, but was added later than the other books of the Pentateuch. The story of the first human pair in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 2 and 3) has clear affinities with the Babylonian and Assyrian Epic of Gilgamesh. The Epic of Gilgamesh is an epic poem from Ancient Iraq and is among the earliest known works of literary writing. Scholars believe that it originated as a series of Sumerian legends and poems about the mythological hero-king Gilgamesh, which were gathered into a longer Akkadian poem much later; the most complete version existing today is preserved on 12 clay tablets in the library collection of the 7th century BCE Assyrian king Ashurbanipal. It was originally titled He who Saw the Deep (Sha naqba īmuru) or Surpassing All Other Kings (Shūtur eli sharrī). Gilgamesh might have been a real ruler in the late Early Dynastic II period (ca. 27th century BCE). The essential story revolves around the relationship between Gilgamesh, who has become distracted and disheartened by his rule, and a friend, Enkidu, who is half-wild and who undertakes dangerous quests with Gilgamesh. Much of the epic focuses on Gilgamesh's thoughts of loss following Enkidu's death. It is about their becoming human together, and has a high emphasis on ...
Audio only. The musical 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue opened May 4, 1976 on Broadway at the former Mark Hellinger Theatre following a tumultuous out of town period in both Philadelphia and Washington DC. The musical starred Ken Howard, Patricia Routledge and Gilbert Price. The musical was met with critical derision and subsequently closed four days later, running a total of 13 previews and 7 performances in NY. The show was the first and only collaboration between Leonard Bernstein and Alan Jay Lerner. In spite of the tepid response by both audiences and critics, this particular song caught the audience's attention in the middle of the second act. Patricia Routledge starred as First Ladies from 1800-1900; in this particular song she portrayed both outgoing Julia Grant and incoming Lucy Hayes at the 1877 inauguration of Rutherford B. Hayes with the flip of a trick, double-sided wig. The nine minute tour-de-force received thunderous applause, and even some lengthy mid-show standing ovations; an incredible feat considering the show's reception. This is from the Broadway opening night performance, at which the audience cheered for a full minute and eight seconds (the ovation has been trimmed on this particular recording).

Bengali is native to the region of eastern South Asia known as Bengal, which comprises present day Bangladesh and the Indian state of West Bengal. With nearly 230 million native speakers, Bengali is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world (it is ranked 5th in the world). Bengali is the main language spoken in Bangladesh; in India, Bengali is ranked as the second most spoken language. Along with Assamese, it is geographically the most eastern of the Indo-European languages. History Like many other Eastern Indo-Aryan languages, Bengali arose from the Magadhi Apabhramsha melting pot of Middle Indic languages, around the turn of the first millennium CE. Some argue for much earlier points of divergence - going back to even 500 CE, but the language wasn't static; different varieties coexisted and authors often wrote in multiple dialects. Classic cars from Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Ferrari took centre stage as more than a hundred historic machines paraded around the temporary sea side race track as Thailand's annual street racing extravaganza kicked off in Bangsaen. After three days of acclimatisation, practice and qualifying the Bangasaen Thailand Speed Festival 2009 cranked up a gear as the first round of the weekend's races took place across the many categories. The organisers did a superb job to line up a vast array of classic cars, and so many significant ones, with the majority being European. There was well over a hundred cars, all in superb condition and interesting. They lined up in a huge column outside the circuit ready to parade themselves, their immaculate, shiny coats glistering in the relentless morning sunshine, adding more welcome diversity to this extravagant event. From Italy there were a whole swathe of historical gems drawn from the Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Ferrari stables that stood out, from a very early Fiat, probably the oldest car on show in Bangsaen on Saturday, to a highly unusual Polski-Fiat. Alfa Romeo was represented by four cars on the grid, a stunning boat tail Spider 2000 gleaming in the sunshine with its roof down and two Bertone-designed Giulia Coupés one a lustrous-white 2000 with its distinctive heart slats and quad-headlights, the other an Alfa Red GT Junior. This fabulous trio from the Milanese marque were complemented by a Giulia Super 1300 TI, fitted with a more-modern-era ...
For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. Hebrews 6:4-6 John Vernon McGee was born in Hillsboro, Texas, in 1904. Dr. McGee remarked, "When I was born and the doctor gave me the customary whack, my mother said that I let out a yell that could be heard on all four borders of Texas!" His Creator well knew that he would need a powerful voice to deliver a powerful message. As a student pastor, Dr. McGee's first church was located on a red clay hill in Midway, Georgia. It was there that he received his greatest compliment: "It was from a country boy wearing high buttoned, yellow shoes. After a morning service he came to speak to me. He groped for words, then blurted out, 'I never knew Jesus was so wonderful!' He started to say more but choked up and hurried out of the church. As I watched him stride across the field, I prayed, 'Oh, God, help me to always preach so that it can be said, I never knew Jesus was so wonderful.'" After completing his education (earning his AB from Southwestern University in Memphis, Tennessee; his BD from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia; his Th.M. and Th.D. from Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas), and after ...
Mount Huang, also known as Huangshan (Chinese: 黄山; pinyin: Huángshān; literally "Yellow Mountain"[1]), is a mountain range[1] in southern Anhui province in eastern China. The area is well known for its scenery, sunsets, peculiarly-shaped granite peaks, Huangshan Pine trees, and views of the clouds from above. Mount Huang is a frequent subject of traditional Chinese paintings and literature, as well as modern photography. Today, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of China's major tourist destinations. Physical features for which Mount Huang is known include sunrises,[2] pine trees,[3] "strangely jutting granite peaks",[4] and views of clouds touching the mountainsides on more than 200 days out of the year.[4][5][1][3] The Huangshan mountain range comprises many peaks, some more than 1000 meters (3250 feet) high.[6] The three tallest and best-known peaks are Lotus Peak (Lian Hua Feng, 1864 m), Bright Summit Peak (Guang Ming Ding, 1840 m), and Celestial Peak (Tian Du Feng, literally Capital of Heaven Peak, 1829 m).[4][1] The World Heritage Site covers a core area of 154 square kilometres and a buffer zone of 142 square kilometres.[7] The mountains were formed in the Mesozoic, about 100 million years ago, when an ancient sea disappeared due to uplift.[8] Later, in the Quaternary Period, the landscape was shaped by the influence of glaciers.[8] he vegetation of the area varies with altitude: Below 1100 meters, moist forest can be found; deciduous forest stretches ...
In September 1977, the German Ministry of Defence decided to go ahead with plans for production of 1800 Leopard 2s, to be delivered in five batches. Krauss-Maffei was again chosen as the main contractor, but this time Maschinenbau Kiel (MaK), of Kiel would be a major (45%) subcontractor. Deliveries started in 1979, and by 1982 the first batch of 380 Leopard 2; 209 by Krauss-Maffei (Chassis Nr. 10001 to 10210) and 171 by Mak (Chassis Nr. 20001 to 20172) was completed. The earliest of these were fitted with an image intensifier, the last 80 with a new thermal night-sight system, and this was later retrofitted to the earlier models. The first export customer were The Netherlands which received 445 vehicles between July 1981 and July 1986.[4] The Netherlands later resold 114 of these (and one turret) to Austria, 80 to Canada in 2007,[5] another 52 tanks to Norway and finally 37 to Portugal. Sweden also acquired 280 Leopards, 160 2A4s from German stocks, designated Stridsvagn 121, and the rest Leopard 2(S) models (designated Stridsvagn 122) similar in configuration to the Leopard 2A5 variant. Spain first leased and later bought 108 2A4 models in the interim period before 219 license-built Leopard 2A6 models (Leopardo 2E) were ready to replace them. Switzerland bought 380 between 1987 and 1993. A number of countries also use versions of the tank, including Poland, Denmark, Finland, Greece (license-built Leopard 2Hel), Turkey and Chile. Germany has fielded about 2125 Leopard 2s ...
