I have been trying to figure out new ways to wear my hair and decided to experiment with this protective style. In order to achieve this look, all you need to do is twist the back of your hair up towards the forehead, but section off a section in the front to twist and curl with the perm rod rollers. I normally can get a week's wear out this hair style if i maintain it..moisturize and spritz with water regularly.! Also, i always sleep wtih my sating cap! ALWAYS!!!

I was inspired to do these from KinkyKurlyQueen So, I finally got this uploaded after much editing and dealing with youtube. I did small twists as my grad hairstyle and am maintaining it still. I used NOW Foods Shea Butter, a wide tooth comb, a rat tail, a boar brush, clips, and patience. I used red perm rods to give curls to the ends. It took me longer than it should to do these because I can't just concentrate on one thing, short attention span lol. I am sorry that it may be a little dark, but I twisted my hair at locations of convenience. At night: I put on at least a bonnet. It is best to use a cap or head band to keep the hair flat, a wig cap works or durag, and then add a bonnet. Add a little water to the ends if curls get too loose or funny looking or add rollers. Maintenance: I moisturize the ends every 3 to 4 days with shea butter and a little water

This is my first Mizani relaxer and the first relaxer after starting my new hair care journey about 6 weeks ago. I used the Mizani Sensitive Scalp relaxer. First, I based my scalp with Vitale base cream. Then I applied the relaxer. I then washed out the creme from my hair using water. I washed out as much as I could. Then I applied a mid-step protein treatment using Aphogee 2 minute keratin reconstructor. I left this on for 5 minutes with plastic cap. (I did this because I learned on another website that during this stage your hair cuticles are wide open and your hair would take the protein a lot better and this will also leave your hair with body instead of limp relaxer hair). I then washed out the aphogee with warm water and then proceeded to do the neutralizing shampoo step. I washed my hair with the shampoo for about 2 to 3 washes. Then, I applied my Elasta QP DPR 11 deep conditioner with plastic cap under the dryer for about 20 minutes. I detangled my hair in the shower and then applied my leave in conditioners (Aphogee green tea and restructurizer and Neutrogena Silk Touch Leave-in) I let my hair air dry and then flat ironed. This is the result.

ok peoplez I tried on my wig that I had for awhile. Watched a few tutorials of my own so I think I got it down. Just used my Motions Oil Spray and my curlers. The end results look jammin ya'll. Hope this helps some out there...
