A song written after hearing a beautiful choral piece at a Remembrance Day ceremony. Adapted to work with a story. Now it's being used at my school Remembrance day Ceremony as part of the IBHL Theatre Arts class' tribute to veterans. I'm really flattered that my class thought it was good enough to be used as part of our show. Messed up a few notes in the beginning of the soprano but it sorts itself out and I can't be bothered to fix it now. The first half of the song is a lullaby to a dying soldier (a dead niece in the story) and then moves into the chorus of dead and finally layers the dying soldier over top.
