The 2009 Pennsylvania Cross Country Championships from Hershey, PA. The race features one of the hardest 5k courses in the state and the field consists of boys from the larger PA schools. Brad Miles of North Penn took the individual race in a course record time of 15:47, while West Chester Henderson captured the team title.
