Loverde left with Cortezs cell phone and identification card and returned with a bottle of water for her and a blue latex glove on his right hand, according to a police report. He then squatted in front of her, reached inside her bra and squeezed her right breast until milk squirted into his glove, the report states. Her breasts were full because she is nursing her children, she told investigators. Officer Loverde told her he wanted to Suck on them, the report says.

Police say he was on duty and in uniform. A spokesperson tells Fox59 News IMPD is calling for the officer's resignation. Harris has served with IMPD for nearly 6 years. We're told he was part of a special unit called SLED that investigates violent crime in "hot spots" around the city. He's in jail on a $50000 bond. The Marion Co. Prosecutor's Office requested a 72 hour continuance before filing charges so they can continue to investigate. The victim was also arrested, police say she was wanted on an outstanding battery charge.

May 2007 Mark Dornan doesn't like creepy crawlies taking "pictures" of his 5 yearold daughter at the Garden Grove California Strawberry Festival, and WOE to the sucker who thinks they can. Mark tackles him, TAKES his gun, TAKES his camera, and learns afterward the man is an LAPD off-duty - as of yet unnamed - police officer. There were other pictures of other children - and pics of his own daughter from AN HOUR EARLIER. (Wouldn't wanna be him, havin' to face his department.) "He came up and tried to sneak a picture of my daughter climbing out of this wagon in a short dress"... Authorities did not identify the officer, but confirmed that he works for the Los Angeles Police Department... The man was not arrested and police said the photos of the children were not considered pornographic. Police, however, took his camera but did not confiscate his gun because he has a badge. (I though these guys were never off duty?)

It is difficult being TRAUMATIZED 24/7 & I am asking the public for HELP as the Dallas PD appears to be working DILIGENTLY to PREVENT the following information from being exposed: I filed a complaint against police officer James M. mccormick, badge # 6393. As a result he was given "documented counseling." He TERRORIZED & cyber bullied me ever since, although I only realized in recent months who he was. This Psychopath keeps saying that I have mental problems & will be evaluated by the PD Psychiatrist, then forcibly medicated after I am arrested & imprisoned, exclaiming that he already waited a LONG time for his REVENGE! mccormick's actions are RETALIATORY b/c I filed a complaint against him, but I am fighting back; clodhopper needs not only to be fired, but also arrested for his crimes. He posts a plethora that includes my ADDRESS, obscene & violent threats, hacks into my server, is a co-conspirator in Scam Organizations & forced a mentally unstable man with a history of NUMEROUS arrests & stays in Mental Institutions to file a FRAUDULENT lawsuit against me. But it's not all this omnipotent wonder, who is so marked by his ARROGANT feelings of grandeur, can do. He calls himself a professional, yet claims he planted electronic bugs in my home with MY NEIGHBORS ASSISTANCE & vows to DESTROY me by SOLICITING my MURDER on youtube asking "anyone wants to 'VISIT' her you have our FULL support, saves the taxpayers money! Although he wages a FIERCE battle with the English Grammar ...

There are serious questions about how a 13-year-old Dallas girl spent nearly two weeks in an adult jail. The Dallas Police Department and Dallas County Jail have opened up investigations into how the 13-year-old spent 11 days in the Lew Sterrett Justice Center. The all too adult ordeal started July 10 at a Target Store on Haskell Avenue in Dallas when an off duty Dallas officer arrested what he thought were 2 adult women for shoplifting. The two suspects gave their ages as 17 and 20, and were booked into the Dallas County Jail. After 11 days inside it was discovered during a court hearing that one of the women was actually a 13-year-old. The discovery led to investigations by both Dallas Police and the Dallas County Sheriff's Office, who operate the jail, into how this could happen. "The investigation is going to determine if any procedures were not followed also give us an oppturity to make sure we have some good procedures in place" says Dallas Police Lt. Andy Harvey. The off-duty officer who arrested 13-year-old Michelle Washington tells CBS 11 the girl did not appear to be that young. "She, from what I remember, in my opinion, she didn't look like a 13-year-old she looked a little older" said Cpl. Robert Garcia. DPD says the child lied about her age but there are mechanisms in place that should have prevented this from happening, instead sending her to the Henry Wade Juvenile Detention Center. "If she would have been distraught and upset there are phones at Sterrett ...
After a Hollywood police officer rear-ended a car in February and then arrested the driver on drunken driving charges, he and other officers talked about doctoring the report--it said a jumpy cat created a distraction--to cover up the crash. The exchange was recorded by a dashboard camera in one of the patrol cars. The officers apparently didn't realize it was on. "I don't want to make th More..ings up ever, because it's wrong, but if I need to bend it a little bit to protect a cop, I'm gonna," one of the officers can be heard saying. "We'll do a little Walt Disney to protect the cop because it wouldn't have mattered because she is drunk anyway." Alexandra Gabriela Torrensvilas, 23, of Hollywood, ended up charged with four counts of drunken driving and cited for improper lane change. On Tuesday, Hollywood police officials placed Officer Dewey Pressley, 42, Officer Joel Francisco, 36, Sgt. Andrew Diaz, 39; and civilian Community Service Officer Karim Thomas, age unavailable; on administrative duty pending an internal affairs investigation and a review by the Broward State Attorney's Office, said spokesman Lt. Scott Pardon. Francisco was driving the car in the crash; Pressley wrote the report and made the arrest. Pressley's report detailing the Feb. 17 midnight crash in the 2800 block of Sheridan Street said "a large gray stray cat" that had been sitting on Torrensvila's lap jumped out of her car window and distracted her, causing her to veer into Francisco's lane, where ...
Police Brutality: WHEN AGNES LAWLESS and three friends were inside a Lukoil convenience store in the Northeast at 3 am last August, they'd all but forgotten the fender-bender in which they'd been involved moments earlier. There was little damage, and the other driver had left the scene, near Northeast Philadelphia Airport. What they didn't know was that they'd been rear-ended by the son of a police officer who was on duty, and dad was about to get involved. Lawless was standing at the counter of the store, at Comly Road and Roosevelt Boulevard, smiling and chatting with the clerk, when she was grabbed from behind and violently pushed back with a police officer's gun in her face. "He hit me with his left hand, and he had his gun in his right hand," Lawless said. "He pushed his gun into the left side of my neck. It caused a scrape-type bruise on my neck." After a chaotic struggle, Lawless was arrested and charged with assaulting the officer. Lawless and her three friends, all in their early 20s, filed complaints with the Police Department's Internal Affairs Bureau. But in cases in which it's a defendant's word against a police officer's, the benefit of doubt often falls to the cop. Except when there's video. Once surveillance video from the store's four security cameras was released, the case against Lawless collapsed, and disciplinary action commenced against the officer, Alberto Lopez Sr. A lawsuit against the city is likely. The incident provides a vivid example of how ...
www.yourvideobank.com This is video of the first shooting. A week ago, Tavss and other officers were looking for a man who was reportedly walking with a gun. An officer - it's unclear whether it was Tavss - approached 29-year-old Husien Shehada from Woodbridge, Va. and there was a confrontation. Police have said Shehada was shot to death by the officer but have not released any more details. Shehada died at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Shehada's brother was arrested and charged with battery. His cousin, Najwa Ghannam, said that Shehada was unarmed. The police department and the state attorney's office are investigating. Tavss was cleared in the incident and allowed to return to full duty Thursday. Later that night, officials said a taxi driver was carjacked in South Beach by a man with a gun. The suspect fled onto the macarthur Causeway, driving west in the eastbound lanes, and struck a car head on. When he got out of the taxi, he exchanged gunfire with officers. Tavss also was involved with this incident, officials said, though it's unclear whether he fired his weapon. Police say the suspect ...

James Ludt gets arrested by Struthers Police, then turned over to Youngstown Police Department behind BP on Midlothian. James Ludt clearly does not resist and walks out to the officers, puts his hands behind his back and goes cooperatively into the back of the Struthers cruiser. Listen closely to how Pat Bundy admits that he was at 1422 East Midlothian yelling and swearing at James Ludt, and commited Disorderly Conduct, but he was off duty. That makes it better? So does this mean that if you are an officer off duty, namely Pat Bundy, that you can go around swearing and screaming, with NO PUNISHMENT FOR THE CRIME YOU HAVE JUST COMMITTED ?? Corruption,Corruption,Corruption.

Chicago police arrested a 14-year-old boy for allegedly impersonating one of their own Saturday. The boy, who has been charged as a juvenile for impersonating an officer, walked into the Grand Crossing District station, 7040 S. Cottage Grove Ave., dressed in a Chicago police uniform, police spokeswoman Monique Bond said. The boy, who reported for duty about 1:30 pm, partnered with another police officer for about five hours. The boy identified himself as an officer from another district but was detailed for the day to Grand Crossing and also was savvy enough to sign out a police radio and a ticket book, according to a source. The source also said the boy went on traffic stops with the officer he went on the street with. Bond said the boy "did not write tickets" and said there was "no information to indicate that he [was] ever behind the wheel." At an afternoon news conference, police said the boy had no interaction with the public. After his tour was over, a ranking officer became suspicious of the boy. Police said the officer discovered the teen was not a real police officer when he couldn't produce any credentials. The boy was wearing police-issued pants, shirt, vest, sweater and skull cap, police said. He was missing his police star, but that was not discovered until after he returned from traffic patrol. Police said the 14-year-old's partner on the traffic assignment did not recognize the boy was underage. The source said the boy had an empty holster and a newspaper ...
Angry demonstrations spread across Greek cities and towns Monday in the third day of rioting that has left dozens injured and scores of properties destroyed. "Rage is what I feel for what has happened, rage, and that this cop who did it must see what it is to kill a kid and to destroy a life," a student in Athens told reporters Monday. The police officer who fired the fatal shot has been charged with "manslaughter with intent" and suspended from duty, police said, adding that a second police officer was arrested Saturday on criminal accessory charges. This film is in The Public Interest. Please visit my channel www.youtube.com The people at stopthedrugwar.com posted this news report regarding a police officer who arrested man who was believed, by the officer to have marijuana. The cop couldn't find the marijuana so he then assumed the man was swallowing it. To prevent this the officer then began chocking the man, who was restrained in handcuffs and who didn't try to fight or resist in any way. It is bad news when cops think they have the right to choke restrained individuals period. And any cop who so thinks should be removed from duty permanently. A local judge in Mount Juliet, TN, where the cop assaulted the man, was so dismayed by the unprovoked attack he threw the officer out of his court and told him he would dismiss any case he files. I don't blame the judge. This office is unreliable. I'll go further, this officer is a criminal. The problems got worse for the officer. Office Crosby, the uniformed thug in question, was attempting to force the man to spit out marijuana. The man's refusal to do so meant more choking of him in order to force him to produce the evidence. The stupid officer never considered another alternative -- that the man had no marijuana and couldn't spit it out since it wasn't there. In fact, tests on the man proved that to be the case. NO marijuana was in his system at all. None that day, none in the past that they could find. Remember a little incident in history called the Holy Inquisition. A ...

www.hopkinsinvestments.com Prosecutors dropped charges on Friday morning, as expected, against the bicyclist who was shoved off his bike in July by a police officer in Times Square. The confrontation between the cyclist, Christopher Long, and a New York City police officer, Patrick Pogan, was captured on amateur video and circulated widely over the Internet. Mr. Long, 29, had been charged with assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct on July 25 after Officer Pogan wrote in his report that Mr. Long had been weaving in and out of traffic and that he had deliberately hit the officer with his bicycle. But video recorded by an onlooker soon surfaced on youtube, showing Officer Pogan lowering his shoulder and shoving Mr. Long off his bike on Seventh Avenue at 46th Street as Mr. Long tried to steer out of the way. (Officer Pogan was stripped of his badge and gun and placed on desk duty pending the completion of an investigation into his conduct.)
A Critical Mass cyclist demonstrating in Times square was attacked and knocked off his bicycle by a Police Officer in Times Square. NYPD Officer Stripped of Badge After youtube Video Shows Cyclist Shove 29 July 2008 | Associated Press NEW YORK — A police officer shown on video body-checking a bicyclist who was riding as part of a demonstration was stripped of his badge and gun Monday. The incident occurred Friday evening in Times Square at the Critical Mass ride, a monthly protest of urban reliance on motor vehicles. The video clip, posted anonymously on the Internet on Sunday, shows the officer standing in the street as bikes whiz past. The officer moves toward the cyclist, identified in a criminal complaint as Christopher Long, and violently knocks him to the ground in front of crowds of people. Another officer comes over, and the two officers wrestle with Long before handcuffing him. Craig Radhuber said he was riding about 3 feet behind Long when he was hit. "It was unprovoked," Radhuber said. "It was like the cop was waiting for him and then just checked him as he got closer. I couldn't believe it." The officer in the video was placed on desk duty pending the outcome of a police department investigation, chief police spokesman Paul Browne said. The video, shot by a bystander, was posted on youtube. Long, of Hoboken, NJ, was arrested because he was obstructing traffic in the heart of Times Square, the complaint said. On 8 May 2008 the Clay County Sheriff's Office (Clay Co., FL) along with the help of the Ridgeview HS Drama Department, prepared a thoughtful and moving ceremony for Police Memorial Week 2008. They have done this for the past three years but this is the first year I have made any video of the event. Part of the ceremony has the high school students acting out scenarios in which an officer was killed in the line of duty. This scenario was in memory of Officer Tyron Franklin of the New Jersey PD. I copied the following about Franklin from www.officerpratt.com/tyebandcom/franklin_tyron.html. The quality of this video is not as good as I hoped it would be but I hope it is good enough to make you think about our law enforcement officers and appreciate all the that they go through for the community they have sworn to protect. The New Haven Register reports that Matt Kennedy was on duty when he jumped out of the fire department ambulance and assaulted his wife's attorney Friday night in the city's entertainment district. The divorce is pending in court. Kennedy was charged with violating a protective or restraining order that his wife had against him. Fire Chief Michael Grant placed him on administrative leave. Grant says Kennedy has a court appearance on Monday. The chief calls the incident disappointing and embarrassing. Kennedy and his wife are in the process of a divorce, and last year he was issued a short suspension after being arrested while off duty in Hamden in connection with a domestic disturbance. He also was involved in a firehouse run-in last August with a co-worker and allegedly choked him. Neither pursued the matter and Kennedy was not disciplined.
Video shows RCMP using Taser on man Updated: Tue Mar. 11 2008 12:25:47 ctvbc.ca A video has surfaced showing a 45-year-old disabled man being jolted by a Taser inside a Kamloops, BC RCMP detachment. The video shows John Dempsey, who suffered from a muscle disorder, being wrestled to the ground by two RCMP officers, who then used the conducted energy weapon on him while he was on the ground. In 2004, Dempsey, 45, was arrested for obstructing a police officer who had tried to intervene in the arrest of a friend he thought the Mounties were roughing up. When officers led Dempsey to the booking room, police said he was combative. He put his foot on the door, and was wrestled to the ground by two officers. While he was on the ground, face down, hands handcuffed behind his back, Cpl. Macahonic pulled out his Taser, placed it on Dempsey's back, and pulled the trigger. "I wasn't resisting arrest, I calmly walked, he grabbed me, and said this will teach you not to [profanity] with you, that's what he said," Dempsey said later.
This poor guy gets tased by a cop who just couldn't wait to use his new taser - I'm surprised he didn't tase his pregnant wife and baby too!!! Watch the cop as he hurries to his car to put the clipboard away, then pulls his taser before he even see's the man. Then he changes his story at the enf of the vid with the back up officer. The man has the right to not sign the paper, and the officer should have spoken with him first. If he's so unfit for duty that he has to pull a taser before verbal confrontation, or even taking the man down with is own body, then what good of a cop is he? I suppose he would have been equally justified in shooting him as well?

May 2007 Mark Dornan doesn't like creepy crawlies taking "pictures" of his young daughter at the Garden Grove California Strawberry Festival, and WOE to the sucker who thinks they can. Police, however, took his camera but did not confiscate his gun because he carries a license...
