I got to kiss his cheek! This was after his doubles match on March 16th. Nadal/Lopez defeated Verdasco/Lopez, 6-4 7-6(4). Federer then walks behind Rafa to go on court for his match against Baghdatis. I honestly wasn't expecting so many views/comments on this video so I'm going to add a bit more info. At the beginning of the video Rafa says "Sure!" to another ball girl that asked for a kiss. Then the ball boy standing next to me asked for one, which is why Rafa says "Not with you! With you, no." I then said "How about me?" and... success! A few days later I had the opportunity to work on court for his next doubles match. That said, we expect Nadal to win this match in four tough sets and advance to the quarterfinals of the Australian Open. One thing to look for is if Nadal's game improves in this match vs. his play in previous matches. If it does that bodes well for his chances later in the tournament.
