When stopped by a New York City cop that stepped out into the street with a flash light, I was approached and asked for my driver license which I produced. I was than told to pull to the side and wait. When the officer returned he instantly tells me to step out of my vehicle, and when I ask to know the reason I am being asked to exit my vehicle... I soon after find myself about to be shot by a cop that has placed me outside my vehicle with the claim it was for his safety. These are the length New York City police officers will take to meet their monthly quotas of 20 summons and at least 1 arrest. This has happened countless times and I am tired of being ticketed, my life threatened and financially exploited by the Police Department and their officers A heroic cop from the 41st precinct in the Bronx has gone public to reveal that the police department does indeed have quotas and officers are pressured to stop and search, ticket and arrest innocent people as well as children if they do not want to suffer consequences on the job Officer Adil Polanco has restored my diminished faith in the police department as he has shown me there is a chance that the people can come together and demand that the NYPD be revamped so that it can serve the community rather than exploit it. This officer has indeed put himself both in financial and physical peril by going public with something citizens have long suspected but could never prove. He has stated flat out that the police are not here ...
NYPD cop Adil Polanco states that the 41st precinct in New York pressures cops to write at least 20 summons and make 1 arrest each month. If they do not reach this goal they are deprived of overtime, days off and shift of choice. This results in the cops that are not racist to harass innocent minorities that live in the neighborhood. They stop people at random to search for an excuse to write tickets and make arrest. We have for many years suspected that police had a quota system but have never had solid proof until now. Jail cells are packed with blacks and Latinos because police are threatened with becoming pizza delivery men if they do not arrest and ticket people who have broken no laws. Officer Polanco states that the police are not here to assist us, their prime directive is to bring back the numbers to meet there quotas. In my opinion this is an act of terrorism on the part of the NYPD because it is just that...pure terror as people are becoming scared to leave their homes out of fear of being ticketed or arrested as I myself once was. They patrol the streets night and day targeting innocent people..especially young minorities. This early introduction to the criminal system starts a course that often leads to a permanent life of crime due to the mental trauma being arrested has on a person...you hate the police after an experience like that. I know the Cross Corvette from NFS Most Wanted is a C6, that's why I made the rims look like a C6(and the original rims of Cross Corvette are like various rims' arms cause it appears in the videos, but if u are in a pursuit, look carefully at he's rims, they're the stock C6 rims). In my opinion this is the best tuning of a Corvette that looks like the Cross Corvette than others that tried to do it :D I know that fail more details like 911 and RPD but i reached the maximum of 20 vinyls :/. And I know that it's POLICE not PIAA but I didn't found a sticker that says POLICE and PIAA looks like POLICE xd. Comment and rate please(:
