Rave Motion Pictures has stadium seating with an amazing 4 feet of leg room between rows. They are an all digital theater with 3-D capability. Their concessions include a wide variety of candy choices and popcorn and they also offer several full service restaurants. Children and adults alike can enjoy the game room and the private party rooms.

Rave Motion Pictures, which recently purchases Showcase Cinemas, has switched its Fallen Timbers theaters from 35-milimeter film to digital. The switch took about two weeks. Instead of film reels, all the movies arrive and are played via hard drives.

Management at Maumee 18 Cinemas, now under the ownership of Rave Motion Pictures, said the theater will close its doors soon. In May officially took over the Showcase Cinema theaters at Franklin Park, Levis Commons and Fallen Timbers, along with the theater on Conant Street in Maumee. Maumee 18 employees as well as movie-goers were shocked at the news.

Four area movie theaters will soon be under new management. Rave Motion Pictures will officially take over the Showcase Cinema theaters at Franklin Park, Levis Commons and Fallen Timbers, along with the theater on Conant street in Maumee, this week. Rave bought a number of Showcase theaters back in December 2009. Rave Motion Pictures management said it will slowly begin changing signage to reflect the change in management at the four Toledo-area theaters.

Variety the Children's Chariety of Texas presents nine year old Garrett Shackelford of Weatherford with a customized wheelchair. The presentation was made at the 2010 kick-off of Variety's Gold Hearts Pin Campaign with Rave Motion Pictures. Garrett was told he was coming out to encourage the theatre staff to sell as many pins as possible to assist children such as himself. But, Variety had a few tricks up its sleeve.
