Following rapper Nate Dogg's death Tuesday at age 41, tributes from his friends and collaborators are pouring in hailing the "Regulate" singer as a West Coast hip-hop legend. The most vocal of these musicians has been Snoop Dogg, who went to high school with the rapper in 1986, when he was still known as Nathaniel D.
