We go in for a check endoscopy one month post skimmer resection of the disease. The child has been decannulated and has near normal speech. The child had 6 laser sittings before and was tracheostomised for 3 years. He has been kept on strict follow up.

With new HPV vaccine development there is even a distinct possibility of prevention for future generations. Greater awareness of RRP among the public, pediatricians, Ob Gyns and even in the otolaryngology community is essential.
