Part 5 of 5: In the final part of the talk, I describe how the authorities in anthropology rejected our attempts to publish findings in support of an hypothesis of the waterside hypothesis of human evolution I have labelled "River Apes... Coastal People". I describe how the peer review process itelf is flawed when it comes to trying to get 'new' ideas into the literature and how openning up peer review would help this process.
Part 4 of 5: In this segment, I describe the waterside model of human evolution I have, based on gallery forest habitats, which I call "River Apes... Coastal People". I also report on three years of science we conducted to test a few of the hypotheses of this model and how the authorities of anthropology rejected this work.
