William Jefferson 'Bill' Clinton (born William Jefferson Blythe III; August 19, 1946) is an American politician who served as the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001. Inaugurated at age 46, he was the third-youngest president. He took office at the end of the Cold War, and was the first president of the baby boomer generation. Clinton has been described as a New Democrat. Many of his policies have been attributed to a centrist Third Way philosophy of governance, while on other issues his stance was center-left. Born and raised in Arkansas, Clinton became both a student leader and a skilled musician. He is an alumnus of Georgetown University where he was Phi Beta Kappa and earned a Rhodes Scholarship to attend the University of Oxford. He is married to Hillary Rodham Clinton, who has served as the United States Secretary of State since 2009 and was the Senator from New York from 2001 to 2009. Both Clintons received law degrees from Yale Law School, where they met and began dating. As Governor of Arkansas, Clinton overhauled the state's education system, and served as Chair of the National Governors Association. Richard Dolan is considered by many students of the UFO phenomenon to be the pre-eminent historian of the subject. He is the author of two volumes of history, UFOs and the National Security State, as well as an analysis of the future, AD After Disclosure: The People's Guide to Life After Contact. Richard's writing is widely seen as ufology's gold standard. His seminal history, UFOs and the National Security State, has inspired such statements as "the best history ever written about UFOs" by best-selling author Whitley Strieber, and "masterful and important" by Dr. Edgar Mitchell of Apollo 14. AD After Disclosure, which Richard co-authored with Bryce Zabel (creator of the television series Dark Skies), has been widely hailed as among the most original works in all of UFO literature, a fearless and analytical "what if" scenario that discusses the deep impact that would be brought about by the end of UFO secrecy. Among Richard's main themes are the destruction of our political liberties as a result of the UFO cover-up, the possible nature of the non-humans themselves, and what their presence here means for our civilization. This has led him to take a fresh approach to the topic of "Exopolitics" and to develop unique insights into the practical challenges and opportunities for a true disclosure of the UFO phenomenon. Richard has also written numerous articles, spoken at conferences around the world, is a frequent guest on radio shows such as Coast-to-Coast AM, and has done a ...

Topic: Worlds Above and Below: How a Secret Civilization Broke Away From Our Own One thing that a study of the UFO makes abundantly clear: someone is operating technology that is not supposed to exist, and yet it does. Silent craft, for example, that can instantly accelerate, many of which are said to be of non-human origin, but others which are argued to be of classified manufacture. Is there a clandestine infrastructure that has made significant breakthroughs, but which has kept them secret from the rest of us? Richard Dolan answers in the affirmative. He argues that the UFO phenomenon is infinitely more complex than many have previously suggested, and that human and non-human groups are behind what we call UFOs. Within the human, classified part, breakthroughs have leap-frogged over each other to produce a society with substantially more advanced scientific, technological, and cosmological ideas -- a society that can accurately be called a "breakaway civilization." This covert civilization has continued to interact with our own "official" society, but at the same time appears to have interactions or encounters with one or more of the non-human groups that are here on Planet Earth. The result is a clandestine cold war, very possibly with multiple human and non-human factions. Bio: Richard Dolan was born in Brooklyn, New York, studied at Alfred University and Oxford University, a Rhodes scholarship finalist, and completed his graduate work in history at the University of ...

Two Generations, One Aspiration After April 30, 1975, millions of Vietnamese citizens were forced to leave their homeland in order to avoid living under a Communist regime. They became refugees, scattered throughout the free countries around the globe. In the United States, there were nearly two million Vietnamese, many of whom were former military personnel as well as government employees of the Republic of Vietnam. First-generation immigrants became actively involved in their new communities and successfully integrated into American society. To date, nearly 35 years after the exodus, Vietnamese refugees have contributed a great deal to the development and success of their adopted countries. In the United States, the contribution of the Vietnamese refugees is evident in vital areas such as economics, politics, science and medicine. For example, Mrs. Duong Nguyet Anh is a scientist who developed the payload for a new weapon, now known as the thermobaric bomb. While residing in Cherry Hill, Colorado, and operating WHOmentors.com, Inc., I received a call from Paula Gray concerning her personal interest to find a effective mentor for her teen son, Farrah Gray. Mrs. Gray described the enormous task of raising a child with a healthy ambition as an unwed mother and thought to contact me for reassuring guidance. We discussed at length her overarching goal for Farrah Gray and whether he should prepare for college. She encouraged I meet him immediately at the Denver Airport in Colorado before he departed to Las Vegas, Nevada. During our "lunch meeting" and eating salads because of his personal religious convictions, I noticed a particular confidence in his demeanor even though he was 15 1/2 and thought to myself, "what advice could I give as a mentor practitioner that is altogether different than any other mentor volunteer?" I wanted to determine defensible "positioning" or personal branding that could be sustained. At the time, I was conducting research on the honorary doctorate programs of 4-year degree granting institutions who can formally recognize an individual's contributions to a particular field or philanthropic efforts and soon realized Farrah Gray would be a great candidate to be nominated for a Doctorate of Humane Letters. To begin, I recommend for Mrs. Gray to refrain from using the moniker "Roads Scholar" as a description for Farrah Gray and to re-evaluate the relative merit of stating Farrah Gray was a teen millionaire ...

"As I went through the application for the Rhodes scholarship in 2009, it provided a huge opportunity to reflect on what defines me as a person today and how my presence will make a difference in this world. I was amazed at how strongly my childhood upbringing in Indian villages and Kuwait affected my values, ethics and outlook on life. I am certain with every fibre of my being that the privilege of applying for the Rhodes scholarship would not have been possible if I was still living in India or Kuwait, due to gender and other cultural barriers. Therefore, I am extremely grateful for the freedom and opportunity that coming to Canada has offered me." Jemy Mary Joseph was 14 when she came to Toronto in 2000. That Fall she enrolled in Grade 9 at Francis Libermann Catholic High School, where, despite her exceptional academic achievements, she experienced bullying and ongoing verbal abuse from her classmates. Jemy writes: "There came a point where I was petrified of going to school for fear of being harmed, and had I known about the word, 'drop-out' at that point, I may have strongly considered that." In addition to challenges at school, Jemy had to deal with strains at home. Since they could not find jobs in Canada right away. Jemy's parents went back to Kuwait, leaving her and her sibling with her aunt. Eventually her father returned to Canada and Jemy assisted in household duties such as cooking, cleaning and laundry. In Grade 10, she was lucky to get four or five hours of ...
