Rory Markas past away on Tuesday; January 5th, 2010. He is the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim all-time best baseball announcer. In tribute to Rory, I recorded this video the next night on the Angels Stadium property in Anaheim where the "Big A" halo is located. Rory's most memorable call was Darin Erstad's catch of the final out of the Angels 2002 World Series Championship in Anaheim. Rory will be greatly missed.
