Anyone remember how Kim Picazio said Crystal was mom of the year and should have custody of Junior Cummings. Kim picazio now says that Crystal is a drug addict, steals the drugs of others, was on drugs when she gave birth to her baby Chloe, was on drugs when she had her car accident. Was told by a doctor not to drive before she had her accident and much, much more. One has to wonder why then did Kim picazio advocate for Crystal to have custody. Kim claims that she did not go to court because a drug addict would not win. That Crystal's medical records were proof of her addiction. PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Putnam County Sheriff's Office arrested the former step-grandfather of Haleigh Cummings for doctor shopping. Investigators say Hank Thomas Croslin Sr., 41, is charged with withholding information from a practitioner. Hank is the father of the woman, Misty Croslin, who police say is the last person to see Haleigh Cummings. During the investigation of the missing 5-year-old, law enforcement says they received information that Hank was getting prescription drugs fraudulently. Investigators say Hank obtained nearly 300 Oxycodone and Hydrocodone pills from three different physicians between April and May 2009. Hank was arrested at his Satsuma home and is in the Putnam County Jail on a $7500 bond.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Haleigh Cummings home is only a speck on the map of Palatka county. Even from a birds-eye view, it is hard to see the homes in Haleigh's neighborhood. Finding a six year old girl has been even harder. "Each one of those plots were searched the best they could be," says George Pottorf, who has been searching for Haleigh since the day she went missing. Each step behind Haleigh's neighborhood takes you deeper and deeper into the woods. Action News found that once we hit certain spots in the woods, you could barely see a person in front of you, let alone a scrap of evidence at your feet. They are woods, a forest, that only experts can get through. Woods so deep and so thick, that even our camera had a hard time getting through some of the thickest terrain in Florida. This is the first time the public gets to see why a search on this land is so difficult. "You don't want to find anything, that's the key," says Pottorf. "Actually, you're hoping for a good result and obviously if you find what you are looking for, it's not going to be a good end result." Pottorf has the training necessary to find the clues that could lead to a break in the Haleigh case. He owns hundreds of acres right next to Haleigh's home and knows the land well. While this office does not have the statistical data that criminologist possess, it is safe and appropriate to state that most child abductions are perpetrated not by strangers, but by family members for purposes of illegally changing custody. Crystal Sheffield does not have custody of the parties' two children, including her daughter Haleigh, which is a social stigma in the eyes of some. LAKE MARY, Fla. -- It was a little after 11 am on Wednesday when Courtney Ballinger was driving eastbound on I-4 in Lake Mary. She is a saleswoman and travels a lot along central Florida roadways. But on Wednesday, her trip would be much different when Courtney tells Action News a blue car came out of nowhere and started harassing her. They were circling me, cutting me off, slamming on their breaks, the driver and the passenger would take turns depending on what side of the car they were on hanging from waist up out of the vehicle pointing their fingers at me, making obscene gestures, saying they were going to kill me, um, beat me up, said Courtney. Ballinger tells Action News it was one of the scariest moments of her life. Ive never come across anyone who is even close to being as aggressive as these individuals were, said Courtney. Ballinger says she was scared the whole time, but what made her call 911 was when she says it looked as though Misty Cummings had a weapon. I tried to ignore it for the first ten minutes, but when I saw the passenger, who later I found out was Misty Cummings, bend down and pick something up underneath the street. Thats when I called 911because you know, she definitely made it seem like she had something, she wanted me to feel threatened, said Courtney. Ballinger called 911. The woman spoke exclusively to WESH 2 Wednesday night. "Cutting me off, slamming on the brakes, coming up next to me, hanging out of the car, saying they're going to kill me," the victim said. The alleged road rage victim, who asked to keep her identity hidden, said she merged onto Interstate 4 at Maitland Boulevard, unknowingly crossing paths with Misty Cummings, the stepmother of missing 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings. Police said 17-year-old Misty Cummings was a passenger in a car with a female friend, and the victim said the two made threats for about 10 miles. That's when, the victim said, it looked like the missing toddler's stepmother pulled out a gun. "The passenger was flaunting something around, made it seem like she had a gun," the woman said. Meanwhile, the Sheriff's Office is continuing to assign at least three investigators a day to the search for the 6-year-old girl, who disappeared from her father's home in early February. "I don't have any reaction to that letter," Sheriff's Chief of Staff Gary Bowling said. "It is a joke that the media is even reacting to this letter. It's ludicrous." The letter, dated Sept. 18, was allegedly written by Kristina Prevatt, an acquaintance of Misty Croslin Cummings, and released by The Sky 97.3 FM News Talk radio station in Gainesville. Prevatt is being held at the Putnam County jail on charges including failure to appear in court, a probation violation, stalking, and drug and narcotic equipment possession, according to jail records.
