This is Crosby, Stills & Nash, live at the Charter One Pavilion in Chicago, IL on June 4th, 2009. I drove quite the distance to catch the show, and it was worth every mile! I was surprised to hear them reveal some of their new cover songs they've been working on for their new album (which is being produced by Rick Rubin). They were all quite stellar, as you can see and hear. I caught only a bit of this cover of the Rolling Stones's "Ruby Tuesday"--the camera sadly cut out after the chorus. You'll have to pick up the album to hear the rest. Enjoy! And sorry about the shakey picture, but it was an outdoor concert and a cold Chicago night.

There is a lot of crowd noise, but that goes along with the live performance. Our special thanks to the girls playing pool in the background. that really give the place some atmosphere. For those who are not from around here... this little watering hole sits on the east slope of the Sandia mountains.... just up the road from where Old Route 66 (and now I-40) leaves the flats and hills to the east and first enters the mountains of New Mexico. For a lot of Americans alive today, this area was their first view of real mountains as they drove west toward California on that famous old hiway. If you climb up the hill just a bit from here, you can see all the way to west Texas on a clear day, right over the top of Fort Sumner where they buried Billy the Kid... The Pecos river runs across this land on it's way to Texas and Mexico, and the old buffalo wallows can still be seen as low spots to the side of the road... welcome to the Old West!

7 Years ago- I was forced to plead "Guilty" in Ventura County Court, in CA - to the Bogus Charges of "Cyberstalking" and "Extortion"- in order to regain my freedom after being in jail for 6 months... To celebrate my survival of that Legal Malpractice- I went to Hollywood to get in some laughs... Met up with "Mr. Romance" Model/Actor Chris Winters @ the Improv- Also- The Oscars were happening- plus I went and celebrated my daughters 30th B-day on the way back home. What a difference 7 years makes.

My "Elimidate" Date with Leif Garrett! ;) "Blast From The Past" Round 1 is @ "The Record Plant" in Hollywood... and I get to sing! :) 25 years ago... I did Leif's hair for a movie called "The Longshot" which never made it to the big screen... In this clip- the show wanted me to spring it on him... that our paths had crossed before... What didn't air... was the fact that I broke Leif's microphone when I wrestled him down to the ground when I was doing his hair for the movie... @ the time I had 2 careers going and was known as The Red Snapper and had just wrestled Andy Kaufman... One of the members of "Oingo Boingo" alerted him that his hairstylist was also a wrestler and... well.. he stated "I find it hard to believe a little gal like you could take a man down"... I threw him on the ground right then and there! hahahahaha ... and discovered he was wearing a microphone on his back.. which busted upon impact... Needless to say... I was hoping he would remember but- he didn't.
