Find out which players you should target on this week's Waiver Wire, some Week 5 hot commodities include Ryan Torain, Stevan Ridley, Jacoby Jones.
Running Back Ryan Torain shares his favorite TV shows, movies, junk food and pregame rituals with the Redskins Women's Club!
The guys give their fantasy football musings from the 1/4 poll off the season and ask, who would have thunk it? CJ2K would SUCK. Darren McFadden and Matt Forte would be your leading backs? Wes Welker would have 20 points more than the next best WR? Tom Brady's MVP season would be followed up by an even better season? Aaron Rodgers Super Bowl MVP would hang-over in a good way? 100 points no longer gives you a good chance of winning? In the Hot Waiver Wire Pick-ups for Week 5, the guys still like Titans QB, Matt Hasselbeck (74%). He is the 8th ranked QB at 22 PPW. Redskins RB, Jabar Gaffney (94%) is averaging 8 PPW and might throw a TD pass. 49er, Josh Morgan (99.8%) is seeing consistent targets and with Alex Smith not favoring the constantly double-teamed Michael Crabtree he is looking very good. Staying with RBs, Patriots, Stevan Ridley (97%) is seeing an increase coinciding with the decrease of the Law Firm. Redskins, Ryan Torain (60%) is getting lots of carries at the expense of Tim Hightower and Roy Helu. And finally as a bonus Steelers RB, Isaac Redman (98%) is seeing a big increase due to injuries to Reshard Mendenhall. At TE, we like Browns, Benjamin Watson (92%) who's averaging 8 PPW with targets going up. In Fantasy Football for James, we look at bye weeks. New players must understand that they happen every year and that they should have planned ahead. Never leave a roster spot open and be prepared to settle for less points if you have not done your homework.
The Patriots and Redskins often frustrate fantasy owners by a RB by committee approach, but heading into week five, The Pats' Stevan Ridley and the 'Skins' Ryan Torain are smart waiver pickups.
Brett and Cory recap the Redskins RB debacle and tell you which players are worthy of your mighty roster.

Could be a new team if Beck comes in, but as long as Grossman is behind center, we're going to lack offensively.

Just a little video I decided to make about the Washington Redskins. I initially planned for it to be kind of a movie trailer type deal but ended up making it a mix between that and a highlight reel. It's my first time making a video like this. Enjoy. All clips belong to the NFL. Soundtrack: Machine Gun (16 bit) by Noisa (Belongs to Triple Vision Record Distribution)
Bloomberg Sports Anchor Rob Shaw and Sirius XM Radio personality Anita Marks break down the top 10 running backs of Week one in the NFL. While there were not many big rushing performances, Darren McFadden shined bright for the Raiders with 150 rushing yards. The biggest surprise was Ben Tate with 116 rushing yards while filling in for the injured Arian Foster and Derrick Ward. Tim Hightower chipped in with nearly 100 yards while his former teammate Beanie Wells also performed well in Arizona. Maurice Jones-Drew was solid for the Jags and Cedric Benson was a workhorse as usual. Matt Forte continues to dominate as a receiving threat while LeSean McCoy was solid as a rusher. Finally, Ray Rice did a bit of everything, while Mike Tolbert sits atop the list thanks to three touchdowns. For more fantasy football insight visit BloombergSports.com.

Bloomberg Television's Michele Steele and Bloomberg Sports Analyst Rob Shaw discuss the upcoming week in the NFL. To shine a fantasy perspective on the match-ups they bring in Dish Adams, Publisher of FantasyInsights.com. Shaw and Adams debate some of the more intriguing match-ups this in Week 8 of the NFL. They agree that Ryan Fitzpatrick is the better fantasy option compared to Matt Cassel. That Owen Daniels is a better start than Colts tight end Jacob Tamme, and that the Raiders defense is a hot start against the Seahawks. On the other hand, these get ugly when Shaw argues against Adams that Davone Bess is a better start than Terrell Owens. Adams also claims that Jahvid Best is a better start than Ryan Torain.
