On today's test run of Sound Transit's new Seattle light rail system, I had the chance to ask King County Executive candidates Larry Phillips and Dow Constantine which one supports light rail more.

The light rail has been under construction for the last five years. Today was the first time I had a chance to look at one of those behemoth pillars. It really is a wondrous accomplishment in both ingenuity and construction.
