Even with a bum ankle, Shaun White still dominated the competition in Superpipe at the 2012 X Games, winning his fifth-straight gold medal in the event. White scored a 94.00 on his first run, wrapping up the gold before his third and final run of the night. But on his final run, White didn't just ride it out. Instead, he scored a perfect 100, finishing off the X Games in style. Not a bad way for the Superpipe champ to go out at this year's event. Iouri Podladtchikov, better known as iPod, finished in second with a best run of 93. Ryo Aono vaulted into third, taking the gold medal, with an 86 on his final run of the evening. It was White who stole the show, as always, though. After pulling out of Slopestyle, many wondered how well his ankle would hold up on Sunday night in his signature event. As he showed, it was no worse for wear as he made history to cap the X Games.

Hey everyone its Diana Madison for Hollyscoop. Another celebrity caught in a naked photo scandal. Professional snowboarder Shaun White is the latest victim. White apparently engaged in sexual intercourse back in 2009, which isn't really a big deal except for the fact that the romp was photographed and now, those photos are being shopped around. The pics were taken at a hotel party right before White won a gold medal at the 2009 Winter X-Games for Superpipe. White was apparently banging this woman in front of people, and a few of the onlookers managed to snap photos, but at the time, White's team was able to get those people to erase all of those photos. Somehow, two of those photos managed to survive damage control. The owner is now trying to sell the photos, but so far, he hasn't found a buyer. Here's why. Number one, the economy is terrible. Ulrik Badertscher (NOR) won the Oakley Shaun White Air & Style Beijing competition in the Olympic Bird's Nest stadium tonight, followed by 2 Norwegian wingmen Torstein Horgmo and Stale Sandbech. Ulrik received the coveted Air & Style Ring of Glory and 1000 TTR World Ranking points. Ulrik's winning run was a very clean backside rodeo 1260, which was also awarded Red Bull's Best Trick. Torstein Horgmo commented: 'Norway did OK today. There is no secret to it, we just all got juiced and we just follow some bad ass dudes, we just try to keep up.' Favorites Sebastien Toutant (CAN) and Seppe Smits (BEL) both failed to reach the podium like last year. Seppe had the best results in the first round, but didn't manage to land his three attempts in the second round. Seb's cab 1260 double cork wasn't good enough to beat Ulrik's smooth double backside rodeo 12 Indy Grab, which gave him the highest score of the second round.

On December 3rd 2011 the Oakley and Shaun White Air & Style was hosted in one of the most spectacular venues of todays time, the Bird's Nest stadium in Beijing. The world's top snowboarders competed for the Ring of Glory. Norwegian Ulrik Badertscher won. 2nd place went to Torstein Horgmo and Stale Sandbech took the 3rd place on the podium.

This past Sunday, October 9th, at Snowpark in Wanaka, New Zealand Olympian and top competitive snowboarder, Iouri "I-Pod" Podladtchikov landed the first ever documented Switch Backside Double Cork 1260 / Switch Double McTwist. While Training with the Coach Marco Bruni in New Zealand Iouri shows us what's happening as we head into the Sochi 2014 Olympics. Let's hope the judges know he's goofy!
