In this video, the two cities shown are Franklin (the residential and commercial city) and Hampton (the industrial city). They rely on each other in order to grow and this is how I am able to start most of my regions. The size of the bitmap is 28x28, and my central city is a large 4x4 tile. I used the latest update and a few plugins which I will list. My goal is not the most population, it is to build a realistic metro. Plugins: Yacht Club airforce Base Fast Food Restaurant Pack Large Elementary School Mods: No Oneway Road Arrows Bridge Height Cheats: weaknesspays Everything else is completely standard and original to Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition. No demand mods, or transportation mods. No skyscrapers plugins. All highway and other infrastructure was built using no mods including all my tunnel work. Most of my infrastructure was built prior to development. To subsidize the cost, I used the "weaknesspays" cheat. This is possibly the best city I've ever created on Sim City 4. It has just over 1 million residents, but despite showing 300000 commerse, there isn't any zoned, only from the world trade towers of which i have lots! However I zoned vast areas of commercial in neighbouring cities for the residents to shop! I did use mods and downloads, but not any of the cheats (eg weaknesspays). My favourite three are NAM, The Money Park & The World Trade Towers with jobs! I'd really like to thank everyone ...
One of the most engrossing games of all time has been brought to the portable platform. Now users of the iPhone and iPod Touch can enjoy the stimulating city simulator ported from Sim City 3000 with some interface changes to make it easier to play. This game although not the perfect to play on a small touch screen as it can get quite fiddly, shows how much the iPhone can actually do. This game works really well on the iPhone. I did have some lag on my jailbroken 3G but after rebooting my iPhone it was fine. The controls are set up very nice and if you are a former Sim City fan, youll love it. If youre new to Sim City, make sure to check out the help on the main menu before you get started so you can get to know how the game works.
