I remember some of the folks in that summer outreach group... Yeah, I haven't thought about that time period in a long time... We were WOWs in 1974-75 in Bethleham, PA (I was with K*tie F*owle's group - - one of your 4th Corps gals) and one of our rarely allowed drives out of the confines of said city limits was to drive to White Plains, NY for the God in America concert. We were all tingly with excitement to see Joyful Noise live and in person. That was the year they had sent branches of WOWs out to select city and a number of us who post here at GSC have figured out we were all in PA that year - - Scranton, Bethleham, Allantown, College Town - - I think there were 7-8 cities; can't remember them all The Joyful Noise 1, 2 and 3 had come out just before we went WOW (if I remember correctly, or maybe that year), but I remember that was our "twig music" - - and played them to death. I personally loved them Joyful Noise was a nice healing change of music for me personally. The concert was great. VP and HA were doing their "here Howard - - take my jacket" thing on stage (don't know why that sticks in my mind). I think Vince F. was the emcee - - one of the first times I heard him speak. We sat in the first row and I musta caught Br*an Bl*ss' eye, cuz he asked me out for coffee after the concert, but we had to drive in snow all the way back to PA. Another missed opportunity (sigh). I remember Socks and all the gang so vividly. And you're right about Ted's "The White House Across the Street" was definitely Ted at his best. I remember his performance as though it was yesterday. Gives me goosebumps still thinking about it. Boy, seems like so very, very long ago (yeah, I know, it was!) and at the time we were full of life, "moving" God's Word. She was so funny, her take on things sometimes and an expression that could say "you gotta be kidding me" perfectly. Very nice woman. 76 was an active year, I think signifiant in that we/the Wayfers, focused on our communities, country, politics, etc. There was a surge of development that came together that year in business, commerce, politics, other stuff. It brought out a lot because it had some focus on -how- we could "move the Word", as part of society. In a certain way it took the focus from inward to outward, for some people. Socks I don't remember if it was late 1976 or early 1977, but we had a at the Indy Way home run by Good Seed....I thinkit was dealing with the Adversary. I know it was that "way year" and I know it was in the winter because I remember driving to it in the snow. Lifted Up Hi All. I'm thankful for all of those creative men and women, who's hearts and minds seemed to be pure. This is the second part of "Keeper of the Ice," the second mission in the Frozen Temple in Zack & Wiki. Here, Zack takes on the mechanical butler Jeeves, who tends to the courtyard of the palace, sweeping the snow when the hands reach 12 o'clock. The hour hand moves fast, so there's no way you can un-curse the treasure chest before he goes on a rampage. Instead, Zack must find a way to get rid of him. A big clue Zack notices is that Jeeves is too heavy for the ice. This means Zack has to sink the butler somehow. He'll have to lure Jeeves into an area with deep water, and in order to do that, he'll need to figure out what it is Jeeves is sweeping from the ground, which turns out to be Zack's footprints. Thus, to lure Jeeves into the pond at the bottom of the stage, Zack must create footprints in the snow there. Zack must use the shovel from atop one of the gazebos, scooping the snow and dumping it on the ice. Once the hands reach 12 again, Jeeves will travel onto the ice and break down as he falls to the bottom of the water. That leaves the treasure chest free for Zack to open.
The next mission in the Frozen Temple takes place in a snowing courtyard. This is a mini-boss, I guess you can say: The main adversary here is a mechanical butler named Jeeves who dutifully and punctually takes care of the snowy courtyard. He can't stand to see the snow in disarray, so if anything doesn't appear normal in the snow, he goes out and sweeps it away--and if he runs into an intruder, they're booted away with tremendous force. The main things to figure out here is how to get rid of him, of course. But before you can do that, you must figure out what it is that he's actually doing. He's leaving the rival pirate alone, even though there's a big pile of snow around him.

LAKE TAHOE: SNOW BOARDING Lake Tahoe is a unique and beautiful national treasure that also boasts a rich and colorful historical past. The Washo Indians had been gathering at its shores for centuries when American explorers Kit Carson and John Fremont came upon it in 1844. The Lake Tahoe Basin was a summer gathering place for three tribes of these peaceful Indians, who considered the Lake to be a spiritual site and conducted sacred ceremonies on the South Shore. Even today, the ancient name for the Lake lives on in a modern form. The Washoes named the area "Da-ow-a-ga," or "edge of the Lake." The explorers, however, unaccustomed to the native tongue, interpreted the phrase as "Tahoe." The name had staying power even though the Lake was christened "Bonpland" after a French botanist, "Mountain Lake" for obvious reasons and "Bigler Lake" after California's third governor before finally receiving Lake Tahoe as its official name in 1945.

He slides down the rooftop and tries to introduce himself. Snow White runs away into the castle and shuts the door. Jim rolls his eyes seeing he blew the chance. But as he starts to leave he sees Snow White poke her head from behind the curtain. He yells from the balcony and asks her if they could be friends. She turns away from the balcony and blushes. Some time later Jim is taking a walk in the forest and there he sees Snow White humming and picking flowers. Jim then starts a conversation with her she tells him that she's the princess of the castle. As the two carry on their conversation the Huntsman appears with a knife in hand ready to kill Snow White but Jim notices him and tells Snow White to turn around. The huntsman can't bring himself to kill her so he tells Snow White to flee. She begins to run into the forest, Jim chases after her after they both make it a small clearing Jim sees Snow White crying so he helps her up. The walk a little farther and find an old abandonded cottage and the two begin to live there for a while. Meanwhile back at the castle the Magic Mirror tells the evil Queen that Snow White is still the fairest of them all so in a jealous rage she brews a magic potion that would make her old. The next morning Jim tells Snow White that he's going out for a walk and warns her not to let any strangers in the house. She nods and waves good bye to him. Then the Queen(disguised as an old hag) fakes a heart attack to let Snow White invite her in. In the Queen's kindness she gives her a "magic apple that could grant any wish". Snow White starts to think of Jim and she wishes that they would live happily ever after and she takes a bite. All of a sudden Jim bursts through the door and finds Snow White lying lifeless on the ground and the Old hag laughing evilly. In an Angry rage he tosses the Evil queen over a cliff and tends to Snow White. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW THE ENDING THAN DON'T READ ANY FURTHER!!!!! Jim takes Snow White in a glass coffin to a small clearing in the middle of the forest. He will miss her so he kisses her. Snow White magically awakens and the two confess their love for each other and live happily ever after.
