Quick look at some of the props we supplied to the Doctor Who Christamas special 'Voyage of the Damned '. Dr Who Art Dept had us on file because we supplied the original admiralty glass lens for a Tardis many years ago... fans have also found us and bought these glass lenses for there own Tardis'. As this year's special was about the Titanic they needed plenty of original ships fittings and fixtures to mix in with the futuristic stuff. Identical versions of most of these items are on our website but the original ones you see on the video will go onto ebay in the next 7 days starting at the price that they were originally for sale for in our showroom. 1st item to go on: cgi.ebay.co.uk Our motivation for this is not profit but to spread the word of Trinity Marine a little wider. Heres a quick list of what's shown on this video and what was hired. Most items can be seen throughout the special. Bronze and Brass Binnacle Periscope: used on top of the steering helm in Wheelhouse. Large bronze USA Minesweepers light: fixed to the ceiling of wheelhouse. (note the BBC Wales stickers on the back) A Pair (one shown) of Copper Vents that have been converted to table lamps: very Captain Nemo, the art dept loved them so they are featured prominently on the main console of the wheelhouse.
