Episode One The Pilot: Darrens life is perfect. Some might say too perfect. And this is the day when the universe decides to take it all away. In what seems like the blink of an eye, Darren loses his car, house, girlfriend and almost his precious job in public relations. Though luckily for Darren, Mr. Michaelson, the father of his serial shopper ex-girlfriend, Kate, (and also his boss) cares more about making money than whether his once soon-to-be son-in-law can keep his pants on. When Michaelsons firm gets a call from an international clothing label that is desperate for some positive spin after mistreating child labour laws, there is naturally only one man for the job. Darren. Just as Darren seems to be winning again and settling back into the comfort zone, his life is quickly turned on its head again with the return of his one true love, Lucy Macintosh, who is there to bring down the very company Darren is trying to save. Director: Nicholas Clifford Producer: Olivia Cox Cinematography: James Brown Editor: Amarnath Jones Cast - Darren: Guy Edmonds Jeff: Sam Anderson Lucy: Zoe Naylor Kate: Kalilsta Kaval Stephanie: Tracy Alexander Veronika: Penny Day Mr. Michaelson: Jeff Gannon Marcy: Katherine Hicks Ben: Kobe Bryant For more information: www.trucefilms.com
