The launch advert for the Fiat Linea in India has just scooped the Car Advertisement of the Year honour at the Bloomberg UTV-Autocar Awards which were held in Mumbai on Friday evening. The advert sees a young boy and his father walking along a pavement in a shopping district and peering longingly into a toy store window. His father pulls him away and this scenario is repeated before the father's attention is grabbed by a Linea and the roles are reversed with the child unable to pull his father away. Sonal Dabral, Sanjay Sipahimalani, Kaushik Mitra and Joseph Desouza were the creative team that put the spot together which was directed by Prasoon Pandey from Corcoise Films. Indian Tata Motors has revealed the concept of their first luxury sedan called Prima. The new Prima concept has been designed by the italian design house Pinninfarina. The car will be offered for sale beginning next year in Europe. The Prima is a four-door sedan with a 2700mm wheelbase which endows it with excellent interior space and its longer than that of the current Tata Indigo sedan. Its lines seem to have a measured fluidity about them, spelling not only a more upmarket car but one with a slight thought of sportiness.
