The Green Hornet will hit theaters this Friday, and as the release date gets close, it's time to start thinking about whether or not you'll actually spring for the ticket! The reviews are starting to make the way online and for the most part is seems like Seth Rogen is getting some well deserved accolades for his work as the masked crusader. But the film on the other hand, already seems to be getting hammered for not living up to hollywood's high expectations. According to the Hollywood reporter the bottom line is that while the film is entertaining, and rogen seems to be working the role, the long awaited crime fighter feature never really reaches top speed. Maybe its all the hype, maybe it's the George Clooneys, Mark Wahlberg's and Jake Gyllenhaal's who were left behind, but it seems the critics aren't exactly crazy over it. That's not saying it's bad, and of course Rogen's fanboys will make sure this one doesn't sink, but it seems as though the movies main problem is momentum. While Rogen is getting credit for his portryal and for adding a fresh spin on the oldy by goody, it seems the main complaint is the flick's inability to really come to life despite the 3D Conversion.
