Episode 4 Part 2 Before they formed THE BACKSEAT DEACONS, they were LOUD SON. And somebody gave these jackasses their own TV show in the mid-1990s. It was a Siskel-and-Ebert-type clip show that purported to highlight the best offerings from public-access television in the Omaha, Nebraska viewing area. Comic hi-jinks ensued. Written, produced, and performed by PATRICK LOUDEN and MOOSE EPPERSON (with a supporting cast of dozens) each episode features dubious comedy and a video of an original LOUD SON song. This episode was a clip show, made up of clips taken from the first 3 shows. They were unable to make a new episode in November of 1995 due to damage done to the equipment by an unknown party. There was no copy made from the master tapes of this show, and the video capture was taken from a videocassette made from the actual broadcast of the show. This videotape has not survived well through the 14 years since the original broadcast, presenting some difficulties in the capture. There are poor quality audio issues, and some video problems as well. Aired on Cox Cable PATV23. This episode is split into 4 parts.

More students than ever before are completing their first 2 years of study at Montgomery College before transferring to four-year schools. In the past, transferring often meant lost credits, duplication of courses and plenty of red tape. But recently, Montgomery College has worked with a number of four-year schools to establish articulation agreements to eliminate the hurdles and create a seamless transfer process for students. This episode of Campus Conversations features discussions about the articulation agreements and partnerships with the Universities at Shady Grove, an institution which brings some of the top programs from nine Maryland state colleges and universities into one convenient facility in Montgomery County. The show highlights transfer agreements between the Gaming and Simulation programs at Montgomery College and the University of Baltimore; the Nursing programs at Montgomery College and University of Maryland, Baltimore; and the Psychology programs at Montgomery College and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. --------------------------------------------------- "Campus Conversations" is a 30-minute series that explores a variety of issues, events, and topics of interest to the Montgomery College and Montgomery County community in Maryland. The burglary of my shop caught on tape! and another installment of doing lathe work on the mill. In the next episode (episode 4), I will share a trade secret regarding press fitting bronze bushings into a housing with zero machine work on the bore of the housing itself. American Fabricator is an entertaining and educational show revolving around the lost art of metal fabrication. Join me as I weld, machine, and have fun in the shop.
