Here is one of my all-time favorite episodes which focuses on Thomas. James gets pushed off the rails by a train of mischievous freight cars, and Thomas must come to his rescue. He fetches the breakdown train and puts James and the unhurt freight cars back on the rails. Sir Topham Hatt is so pleased with Thomas hard work, that he rewards Thomas with a branch line all to himself and two coaches, Annie and Clarabel.
