Classic Game Room HD reviews TRANSFORMERS 2 CHARACTER AND MAP PACK Plus! This CGR review of Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Character and Map Pack Plus shows gameplay using the new, downloadable G1 and bonus Transformers for the video game. Play as the original, old school G1 versions of Optimus Prime, Megatron, Starscream and Sunstorm. Also play as Soundwave, Sideswipe, Jazz and Jetfire. All characters are playable in single player mode as well as multiplayer, except Jerfire who is only Multiplayer. You also get three additional maps in this download kit, new retro-colored skins for Ratchet and SIdeswipe as well as an expert difficulty mode for the game. This Transformers 2 character and map pack download for Xbox 360 and PS3 has new achievement points and trophies as well. Is it worth getting? I guess that depends on how much you love transformers and want to play as the old school characters. If you play a lot of multiplayer it may be worth a look for sure. CGR thinks that the addition of the old school comic book and movie style Transformers is awesome. Expert difficulty is also a good addition. Not visiting the site yesturday meant a lot of requests for platinum medal runs built up so I worked through a few of them today. First up is ihatepicklesplzz's (great name) request for a platinum run on Demolisher's Prophecy mission. A pretty easy mission I thought but here you are anyway. I doubled back for a skill shot at one point just to show where it was, even though it probably wasted me more time than it was worth. Classic Game Room HD reviews TRANSFORMERS REVENGE OF THE FALLEN for Nintendo Wii. It's like the Bumblebee of Transformers video games. It should just transform into a car and drive itself off a cliff. Less than meets the eye kids, less than meets the eye. Buy or rent the AWESOME Transformers Revenge of the Fallen for Xbox 360 or PS3 and avoid this one. In an odd twist of fate (even odder than robots adopting the form of cars and school busses) the Transformers 2 video game has numerous versions... the Xbox 360 and PS3 version, two Nintendo DS versions and this mess on the Nintendo Wii. Sloppy controls, poor graphics and lackluster gameplay make this Transformers game the one to miss. This CGRHD review of Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen for Wii has gameplay footage from Transformers 2 on Wii showing the video game being played. Play Autobot and Decepticon, both (you can't choose like you can in the 360 version) and play through a variety of mission types where the camera angles add confusion to what could have otherwise been a straight forward punch and shoot brawler.

A request from J94XG here on You Tube for a plat medal run against Devastator. If I remember right, Powered-Up Prime isn't a standard character available as soon as the mission is. He makes it extremely easy to get the plat so go check the Autobot challenge/unlock list at the mission select and find which you need to complete in order to open all Autobots for the Cairo missions. This mission annoyed a lot of people so it isn't for one specific person. The Decepticon mission Ladiesman217 done using Long Haul. Basically just build your overdrive with special takedowns and you should easily get two as the mission goes on. Next up is Find the Female and then an Autobot mission request. A lot of people are having trouble getting a Platinum Medal in this mission and I got asked how I did it, so here's a quick video showing how to do the Spiral Highway race mission to expose the Autobot probe. As you can see, I made a couple of errors and still did it with three seconds to spare so it really isn't that hard. I also only had up to Lv2 of the boost related upgrades at the point I recorded this so if you have them maxed you should be able to do it faster.
