In the US state of Texas, the board of education is drafting its own version of American history. The board is changing school textbooks to correct what they say is a "left leaning" bias in education. But some say the changes have religious and racial overtones. As Al Jazeera's Kimberly Halkett reports, the group's decisions could have a major impact on how history is taught across the US (09 April 2010).

This film exposes how every major war in US history was based on a complete fraud with video of insiders themselves admitting it. This film shows how the first film theaters in the US were used over a hundred years ago to broadcast propaganda to rile the American people into the Spanish-American War. This film shows the white papers of the oil company Unocal which called for the creation of a pipeline through Afghanistan and how their exact needs were fulfilled through the US invasion of Afghanistan. This film shows how Halliburton under their "cost plus" exclusive contract with the US Government went on a mad dash spending spree akin to something out of the movie Brewster's Millions, yet instead of blowing $30 million they blew through BILLIONS by literally burning millions of dollars worth of hundred thousand dollar cars and trucks if they had so much as a flat tire. "A stunning film. It should be seen as widely as possible, in cinemas, bars ...

"What Happens When Other Countries Have the Money" Stephen S. Cohen, Professor in the Graduate School, University of California, Berkeley Conversations host Harry Kreisler welcomes Professor Stephen S. Cohen for a discussion of the new book he has written with Professor Brad Delong entitled The End of Influence. Professor Cohen argues that the 2008 economic collapse demonstrates the failure both domestically and internationally of neo-liberal economic policies embraced by both democrats and republicans during the last three decades. Neoliberalism assumed that an unfettered market and a fettered government are the best route to prosperity. These policies increased economic inequality and led to the bloating of the financial sector. The policies also led to unbalanced trade and the transfer of dollars to sovereign funds in many of the emerging powers especially China. The future course of the sovereign funds will be a key determinant in whether centers of innovation develop in these emerging powers which control enormous reserves in dollars. In conclusion, Cohen raises a second key question: will the US redefine its reluctance to embrace greater government involvement in the economy once the crisis has past and the US confronts challenges emanating from states with enormous assets in their sovereign funds. Ironically, neoliberal policies intended to limit government intrusion in the market has hastened the increased involvement of government in many emerging countries and ...

The Mexican Mafia, also known as La eMe (Spanish for the letter M) is a Mexican criminal organization, and is one of the oldest and most powerful prison gangs in the United States. History The Mexican Mafia was formed in the late 1950s by Chicano street gang members incarcerated at the Deuel Vocational Institution, a state prison located in Tracy, California.[6] The foundation of the gang began with thirteen Mexican-Americans from East Los Angeles, several of whom were members of the Maravilla gang. These thirteen prisoners that laid the groundwork for the gang referred to themselves as Mexikanemi, which is translated from Nahuatl as "He Who walks with God in his heart."[6] The initial founding member of the gang was Luis "Huero Buff" Flores, who was previously a member of the Hawaiian Gardens gang.[8] While the Mexican Mafia was founded in part to show reverence to Aztec and Maya heritage, its primary focus was to protect members against other prison inmates as well as corrections officers.[6] Deuel Vocational Institution was treated as an educational facility by convicts, where they would develop their skills in fighting, drug dealing, and creating weapons.[6] Luis Flores initially recruited violent members to the gang, in an attempt to create a highly-feared organization which could control the black market activities of the Deuel prison facilities.[8] As a response to the increase in violence, the California Department of Corrections transferred some members of the ...
HISTORY of AMERICA America's Political and Religious Foundations www.angelfire.com "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." -- Ephesians 6:12 How else could a man with such a seared conscience who refuses to provide documentation of his birth place be allowed to not only run for president of the USA but actually be elected to the highest office of the land? Conspiracies at the highest levels of our government is the only logical explanation. Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States, said: "Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people." US Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter (1939-1962) said: "The real rulers in Washington are invisible and exercise power from behind the scenes." Patrick Henry, known as the 'Orator of Liberty', said: "Congress....may carry on the most wicked and pernicious of schemes under the dark veil of secrecy. The liberties of a people never were, nor ever will be, secure, when the transactions of their rulers may be concealed from them." If you have heard of the Illuminati Order and you thought it was some kind of mythological conspiracy theory, here are the archives from George Washington himself, which prove not only their existence, but that they were intensively active in the United ...
Presidents of the United States morphed in sequence from George Washington to (President Elect) Barack Obama. Pictures of the Presidents were found by library and internet search. Images were editted in Photoshop Elements to make them all the same size. The faces were morphed from one to the next using FantaMorph. The images were put into Vegas Pro and faded from one to the next and the face morph overlaid and "cookie cuttered" out so that the backgrounds faded and the faces morphed simultaneously. The music is 'Hooked on America' performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
"If my sons did not want wars, there would be none." ~ Gutle Schnaper, Mayer Amschel Rothschilds wife I am one of those who do not believe the national debt is a national blessing... it is calculated to raise around the administration a moneyed aristocracy dangerous to the liberties of the country . Andrew Jackson, Letter to LH Coleman of Warrenton, NC, 29 April 1824 Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it. Woodrow Wilson, The New Freedom (1913), Doubleday "The Rothschilds introduced the rule of money into European politics. The Rothschilds were the servants of money who undertook the reconstruction of the world as an image of money and its functions. Money and the employment of wealth have become the law of European life; we no longer have nations, but economic provinces." (New York Times, Professor Wilheim, a German historian, July 8, 1937). "If you will look back at every war in Europe during the nineteenth century, you will see that they always ended with the establishment of a 'balance of power.' With every reshuffling there was a balance of power in a new grouping around the House of ...
stanley5.blogspot.com 史丹利五提供History of Psychedelic Rock 迷幻樂的歷史Part 1 7 Parts total 中文字幕Psychedelic rock is a style of rock music that attempts to replicate the mind-altering experiences of hallucinogenic drugs. It emerged during the mid 1960s among garage and folk rock bands in Britain and the United States. Psychedelic rock is a bridge from early blues-based rock to progressive rock and heavy metal, but it also drew on non-Western sources such as Indian music's rāgas and sitars. While the first contemporary musicians to be influenced by psychedelic drugs were in the jazz and folk scenes, the first use of the term "psychedelic" in popular music was by the "acid-folk" group The Holy Modal Rounders in 1964, with the song "Hesitation Blues."[citation needed] The first use of the word "psychedelic" in a rock music context is usually credited to The Deep, and the earliest known appearance of this usage of the word in print is in the title of their 1966 album The Psychedelic Moods of the Deep. Roky Erickson, lead singer of The 13th Floor Elevators, coined the term 'psychedelic rock' in a 1966 interview. In 1962, British rock embarked on a frenetic race of ideas that spread back to the US with the British Invasion. The folk music scene also experimented with outside influences. In the tradition of Jazz and blues many musicians began to take drugs, and include drug references in their songs. Beat Generation writers like William Burroughs, Jack Kerouac, Allen ...

Spend the night in Port Townsend, Washington, in a hotel said to be among the most haunted in America, and hear the sad story of a Jesuit priest who seems unable to take his eternal reward.

For a breakdown of the actual battles portrayed in the film, visit: www.touristpictures.com For the official cheat sheet (breakdown of the foodstuffs), visit: www.touristpictures.com Now, to answer some FAQs... - The food in this film was consumed either by myself or my dog after shooting. None of the cast went to waste. - The software used was photoshop and after effects. - The film took me 3 months to do. - Although it seems like stop motion, most of it was stop motion created within After effects, using keyframe animation. I am basically moving the food around within the the program, frame by frame, which is the same as traditional stop motion, only it's digital.
a little history of Whiskey and drinking of alcohol in America preceeds an exploration of the manufacture of Bourbon whiskey, with visits to the Jim Beam, and Maker's Mark distilleries. Side trip to visit Jack Daniel's distillery, and discussion of the Tennessee whiskey with it's filtering through a thick layer of maple charcoal. Temperance movement and prohibition is discussed, and the writers quite rightly point out one of the main reason prohibition was repealed is that the US goverment was missing out on millions of dollars in revenue....And Prohibition never had that much support anyway. interview clips with: David Wondrich, author "Esquire Drinks" Dale deGroff, author of "The Craft of the Cocktail" - he shows how to make a classic Manhattan David Pickerell - the master distiller at Maker's Mark in Loretto, Kentucky Frederick Booker Noe III (Great grandson of Jim Beam) Paul Parcult, editor "Paul Parcult's Spirit Journal" Whiskey rebellion - white oak barrels - Lynchburg, Tennessee
