This is only a highlight of the match between me and UFC veteran Shonie Carter. The actual match was a 12 minute round and a 3 minute overtime. The rules were similar to today's unified rules, except we could not strike to the face on the ground. I was 18 at the time and had only been doing BJJ for 9 months with no Wrestling (it showed) or kickboxing experience.
