Well, he has done it again. Wow!!! You wont believe your eyes. Usain Bolt brakes his own world record of 19.30 with an amazing time of 19.19. This was achieved on the sixth day of the IAAF World Championship in Berlin, Germany. Tyson Gay had a "crotch injury", so he did run. Yeah good excuse, he knew he couldnt beat the BOLT!!
