Recipe: 1 pound of ground beef 1 pound of lasagna 1 small onion 4 cloves of garlic 1 cup of carrots Mixed vegetables basil,parsley,oregano,cilantro 4 cheeses( fontina, asiago, romano, parmesan) Tomato sauce Vegetable oil Salt and Pepper 350 degree for 1 hour (45 mins with the aluminum foil paper and 15 mins without the foil paper)
In this quick 4-minute video, Sean & Cathy are cooking a type of grilled vegetable lasagna. This is a great meal you can cook for Lint or a great vegetarian type dish. This most definitely is NOT your normal lasagna dish....there is no pasta. What Sean says makes it "lasagna" is that it is square and stacked. We're just going to roll with it. So, we're using 3 Spinach flavored Mission wraps (they have white, green, yellow and even red tortilla wraps available) cut into a square. Lay these squares out so you can add your vegetable mixture later that you will put on the inside. Use grilled vegetables or you can buy "already grilled veggies" at The Gourmet Grille right there in Buy For Less at Portland & NW Expressway. It's always a good idea when you're grilling to grill extra!! This goes for vegetables and meats. This way you will have on hand readily grilled items to make fun stuff with later. Just do a rough cut on these grilled veggies. Mix them with red beans, black beans and wishbone dressing. Next get a can of La Costena Refried Black Beans and spread some on your tortilla squares. Next mix together a package of Philadelphia cream cheese and a small can of Hatch diced green chiles. Spread some of this also onto your squares. Now you are ready to build your "lasagna" layers. Place one of the squares onto a plate or a bowl. Add some of the veggie and beans to the top and repeat. Throw some cheese on top and some salsa. Not bad, huh? You could even put this into the ...

This simple marinara "spaghetti sauce", is quick and easy and just right to accompany Chef Tony's roasted vegetable lasagna. He begins with onions, bell peppers, celery, carrots, and garlic sweated down in olive oil and follows with organic peeled whole tomatoes. Beyond Reality - Hell's Kitchen Recap 10/06/09. Last week Suzanne was sent home. Ramsey messes with the chefs by sending out a child Ramsey to talk to them. This week the challenge is to create a stunning vegetarian dish for 80 hungry customers in 1 hour. Kevin made a vegetable crepe, Tennille made a mushroom stuffed eggplant, Ariel made a vegetable lasagna & Dave made polenta with peppers & cheese. Daves arm was hurting a lot. The 80 customers turned out to be kids. 40% of the kids thought Kevins dish was the worst. The top 2 were Dave & Tennille. With 55% of the vote - Tennille was the winner. The losers had to clean up the dining room & it was a mess after Ramsey gave the kids treats & sweets bags. Tennille got to have a make-over in Beverly Hills & lunch with Ramsey at Nobu. In addition she also received a set of Henckels sushi knives. At service everything was going relatively smoothly. Tennille was having trouble on the fish station. First her scallops werent cooked right - then her Halibut was a train wreck. She managed to pull it together & service was completed. There were no nominations this week. Ramsey was concerned about Daves arm since it was bothering him quite a bit during service. After Dave assured him it was OK he eliminated Tennille. After the elimination Ramsey calls the chefs back to the dining room where they visit with their families. Next time - Each of the final three try to prove themselves as expeditors.

Healthy recipe for a vegetable lasagna. 2 cups fat free cottage cheese 1 cup chopped fresh spinach or basil or both 1 large egg Cooking spray 4 cups zucchini/yellow squash chopped 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped mushrooms 2 cups bottled pasta sauce 9 oven ready lasagna noodles 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese Feel free to mix and match your own style of veggies.
