The Mongols Motorcycle Club has won the Mongols Motorcycle Club case again. In a ruling issued September 21st and filed September 24th, Federal District Judge Otis D. Wright has ruled that the United States cannot seize the name and patch of the club. Judge Wright ruled that his previously issued "preliminary order of forfeiture is rendered invalid." The issue of whether the Department of Justice and the ATF could simply steal the name and the patch of the Mongols Motorcycle Club was settled definitively in July 2009. But then Christopher Brunwin and Steven Welk, two of the prosecutors in this case, as well as the ATF Agents who had created the case, just simply refused to believe they had lost and the Mongols had won. The presiding judge then, the late Florence-Marie Cooper wrote an angry decision which stated unequivocally that the government could not seize the marks. Last week Judge Wright wrote, "United States District Court Judge Florence-Marie Cooper already ruled upon the issues relevant to this proceeding." In short- You can't stop the Mongol Nation!!!! www.youtube.com 14th february 2009 Jay "Bird" Dobyns spoke about his dangerous work as an undercover ATF agent. Dobyns said he created his undercover criminal persona over a period of 18 years through the use of 'street theaters' -- orchestrated plays with other undercover operatives who would pretend to exchange guns or drugs with him. With this experience, in 2001, the ATF asked him to infiltrate the infamous outlaw bike gang, Hell's Angels. Dobyns described the group as a criminal organization made up of bikers with "PhDs in violence and intimidation." Their brutality was not reserved only for people outside of the club, as Dobyns explained what happens to members who leave in bad standing. There are numerous examples of former gang members getting their Hell's Angels tattoos forcibly removed by knife, hot clothes iron, and belt sander, he said. Among the worst are the 'Filthy Few,' made up of members who have committed or are prepared to commit extreme violence, including murder, on behalf of the club, Dobyns continued. Dobyns was offered membership in Hell's Angels after convincing the group's leadership that he had 'killed' a rival Mongols Motorcycle Club member. He said his undercover work led to Federal arrests and search warrants, and the recovery of 600 guns and explosives. Dobyns also discussed how his time in Hell's Angels affected his personal life, as well as shared some of the threats he has received against himself and his family.
The Kensington Block Crips also known as KBC, had robbed and stripped Simon Boorder a member of the Palmira Crime Family. We were later informed of the situation and gathered at the Lighthouse where we met up with an associate (( Ronnie Mccormack )) he was a member of the Mongols Motorcycle Club, we all loaded up into three sultans and made our way to Glen Park where KBC were based. After circulating the area we saw a couple of the gang members outside a house, we all walked up to them and confronted them about the situation when a man known as Bullet slapped Matt Steel across the face. He was wished death upon, and we made our way out of Glen Park. Within 10 minutes we got ready and arrived back to Glen Park without them seeing any of us, and this is what had happened. - Robert Courtney on camera.

Jay Anthony Dobyns (born 1961), alias Jaybird, is a United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) undercover agent who infiltrated the Hells Angels motorcycle club from 2001 to 2003. He was offered membership into the gang after faking the murder of a rival Mongols Motorcycle Club member and providing 'evidence' of the staged murder to Hells Angels leaders. Dobyns' exploits during Operation Black Biscuit are memorialized in the novels Angels of Death, written by authors Julian Sher and William Marsden, Running With The Devil written by author Kerrie Droban.

This week, America's Most Wanted's Avery Mann caught up with host John Walsh on the set to talk about the notorious Mongol outlaw biker gang. "The mystique and the glamour of the Hell's Angels, the Mongols, and some of these outlaw biker gangs, it's just fiction," says John. "A lot of them deal in drugs, teenage prostitution, they commit murders. Gangs like the Mongols give motorcyclists a bad name." AMW was able to work closely with ATF, as they granted correspondent Tom Morris special access into their dangerous operation. "I got to meet these ATF guys who risk their lives to go undercover with the Mongols," John said. As John says, an interesting thing about the Mongols segment is that the last time they were on the show, the record was set for the most AMW captures: eight arrests were made after they were featured on America's Most Wanted.

William "Billy" Queen Jr. is a retired undercover agent with the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and the author of the bestselling books Under and Alone and Armed and Dangerous. Queen was raised in North Carolina, the son of an ATF agent. He was in the Special Forces during the Vietnam War, before joining the police. He then moved to Border Patrol, and subsequently the ATF. Early operations involved infiltrating the Aryan Nation and the Ku Klux Klan, two white supremacist organizations. In early 1998, as part of an operation to infiltrate motorcycle gangs, Queen joined the San Fernando Valley chapter of the Mongols as "Billy St. John", and was a member for 28 months. Despite his nickname, "Billy the Slow-Brain", he was successful within the ranks of bikers, and even rose to the position of chapter vice-president and treasurer. Thanks to evidence he gathered while in these positions, a series of raids on May 19, 2000 by almost 700 lawmen in four states led to the arrest and conviction of 54 gang members. The ATF later described Queen's time undercover as "its most successful [biker gang] penetration. Queen was awarded the Federal Bar Association's Medal of Honor for his successful involvement with the Mongols. After the trials of the gang members, Queen retired from the ATF, and wrote Under and Alone: The True Story of the Undercover Agent Who Infiltrated America's Most Violent Outlaw Motorcycle Gang.
