Urbandale police said a man was found dead in a hotel room in Urbandale on Monday morning. Police identified the man as Paul Dedrick Gray, 38. They said he was found at 10:50 am at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott at 8800 Northpark Johnston Drive in Johnston on Monday. He performed bass and back up vocals for the band Slipknot since 1995. Police said there was no evidence of foul play observed, but a complete investigation of the death will be completed by Urbandale police detectives. The Polk County Medical Examiners Office is assisting in the death investigation and will perform an autopsy on Tuesday. Toxicology testing will be completed to determine if there were any contributing factors in the death of Gray, police said. Police said a hotel employee found Gray. The author debunks the myth that competition is better than cooperation by going over 500 studies and showing that in almost every case, cooperation is much better. One thing I didn't cover was how to start a Workers Managed company. Obviously, there is no huge incentive to start one. In a Left-Libertarian society, communities and workplaces are highly linked to each other so starting a cooperative would be no problem. Of course, we dont live in this type of society. There are a number of ways to proceed. Anyone can start one of these companies which is a start but again, no incentive, except for humanitarian reasons. Some people have suggested anarcho-syndicalism. In a nutshell, anarco-syndicalism uses unions in a grass-roots fashion. Basically, unions connect with other unions and form a federation. If you have a Ciphone C6 A,S,T it is either a 4gb, 8gb or 16gb version. The Chinese seller's will tell you that the memory is not upgradeable because this phone was designed to look just like the iPhone which means there is no direct access to the battery or memory card. However good news is if you are willing to open up the device the memory can in fact be upgraded by anyone to the 16gb version and possibly 32gb. I have personally upgraded mine from 8gb to 16gb so I know it can be done. It uses a standard Micro SDHC memory card. Anyway attached video is from a site in China and shows you how to open up this phone. Please note the language is not in English -duh- so for many of us that means you will have to simply observe what this gentlemen is doing to access the memory. Shouldn't need to state this but to be clear, if you open up your phone the warranty will no longer be honored so know that you do this at your own risk and will have to take responsibility if something goes wrong. Some time ago I instigated an action against youtube by releasing the videos called Youtube versus the Users Part 1, 2 and 3. The videos all got 10s of thousands of hits and were mirrored by those who supported the cause hundreds of times. Now if you type the exact title into the youtube search engine, I get nothing at all. I have talked to people all over the world and this is about what 50 % of the people find. This is a pretty Orwellian re-write of history, and there is only one appropriate action that anyone who desires to protect free speech could engage in, and thats to call bullshit on youtube. However this pattern is something that is of wider concern. Youtube has effectively a monopoly on the user based video market. The fact that they are willing to manipulate that system to their advantage opens essentially establishes this as a source of corruption waiting to emerge. Some form of oversight is required. As users, one mechanism by which you can apply pressure on youtube is by videos such as this. In essence keeping youtube on its toes by ensuring that they realize that there are many vigilant eyes on them, who will cause a public relations disaster for them if they are willing to bastardize the fair and level playing field for their financial gain. This video was created by a person that simply goes by hdsgf. He discovered a glitch that allows you to enter Area 69 in a very easy and simple fashion. My first thought was to use GTA_Phreaks Black Project Revisited video as a way of getting out; which works like a charm video.google.com However, instead of that, I have discovered how to get out of Area 69 without using a Jetpack; it basically uses hdsgf's entrance technique in reverse. First, to get inside Area 69, you need to have a Freeway motorbike... I have tried all of the other motorbikes, and none of them work... this glitch only works with a Freeway. Here's a list of the vehicles that I used to try this glitch with (and none of them worked): NRG-500 PCJ-600 BF-400 FCR-900 Faggio Pizzaboy Sanchez Wayfarer plus I also tried a Mountain Bike (this was the only pedal bike that I tried) The Freeway is the only vehicle that this glitch works with.
