Wheel Of Fortune Vanna has no followers yet. Be the first one to follow.
What's this? Apparently they had some extra time, so it was decided to let Vanna try her hand as a contestant (playing for charity) while Pat took her place at the puzzle board...see what happens!

Here is a special clip (I don't have the full episode) from a Wheel of Fortune episode from 1989. This features the one time (prior to the April Fools Day 1997 episode, which is mentioned in the clip) that Vanna White actually spins the wheel. Watch as she tries to solve the puzzle (and Pat does double duty!). No copyright infringement is intended. I've left in the full outro, as well.
Here is the opening and first two rounds of the finale of Wheel of Fortune's Wheel Around the World shows from Walt Disney World from November 1991. All of the international hosts and hostesses are in the intro, and several of the hostesses join Vanna at the board! No copyright infringement is intended. The video was bright, so I tried to compensate as best I can.
During the bonus round, after contestant name David calls his 3 consonants and a vowel, Vanna turns the "B" and she turns the trilon too far. Also in the end, Pat and Vanna are talking about the past returning champions from 1989-94 are coming back to play for charity, and it's called "Some of the Greats Week." It's set to take place at Disney World in February 1995. PS I don't have full episode...Enjoy the bonus round clip.
I've changed up this version, taken some things out, as well as added additional clips of Vanna, doing what she does best. Enjoy. I'm working on other collages. They will be posted soon!

After seeing the tribute pictorials, I've decided to compile a collection of clips of Vanna White doing what she does best, taken from my very-own Wheel collection. Check out my collection here: www.geocities.com Here she is, literally rushing like crazy to turn those letters for us to see. Since her 1982 debut on Wheel, Vanna White has truly graced the Wheel of Fortune puzzleboard, with style, speed, and glamour. She's truly an icon. Vanna, Wheel wouldn't be the same without you! Thank You!'

In February, 1997, game show history was changed forever when the famous Wheel of Fortune puzzleboard was retired and placed in the Smithsonian. In its place the show debuted a brand new, electronic puzzleboard, forever making Vanna White a letter "toucher" instead of a letter "turner". Here for your enjoyment are the last few moments of the old puzzleboard (with a surprise from Vanna) and the debut of the new electronic board.

09.19.07 - This was by far the biggest disaster on Wheel of Fortune in recent history. It cost "Becki" $33000+ in cash, plus a ~$6K trip. Pay attention. The biggest wheel of fortune disaster was probably the "thrill of victory, agony of defeat" puzzle. Something like $60K was lost back in the 80's? youtube.com
