Today Jagex has changed many things about the hitpoints skill. For instance... its not longer called "hitpoints" it was renamed as "Constitution". The actual HP go updated on the name and upgraded 10x the amount, its new name is "Life Points" (LP). The LP of your character or other monsters will be the old HPx10, so if you had 50 hp (the life you have, not the lvl) you would now have 500 life points with a Constitution lvl of 50. Czech President Vaclav Klaus on Tuesday reluctantly signed the Lisbon Treaty on the future of the European Union. The signature followed a Czech constitutional court ruling earlier in the day saying the treaty does not clash with the Czech constitution. President Vaclav Klaus signed the Lisbon treaty after the Czech Constitutional Court issued its verdict this morning, Klaus himself said today. The Czech Republic was the last EU country that did not ratified the treaty. With Klaus's signature, the ratification has been completed. The Constitutional Court today rejected a complaint against the treaty and said the treaty was in line with the country's constitution. Klaus said he expected this verdict and respected it though he did not agree with the court's arguments. On Thursday, the EU leaders agreed on an opt-out from the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, demanded by Klaus for Czechs. Do we have a limited government, or one that is only limited by what it can get away with? I would say it is the latter. I would also say that at least 80% of our representatives do not even consider the Constitution when they vote on legislation; they are more concerned about getting elected than upholding the constitution. So whose fault is this? Is it their fault, or is it our fault? Once again I would say that it is the latter. It is "we the people" who vote them into power, so it is "we the people" who are at fault, and until we wise up, we will continue to get what we deserve. It will leave us just exactly where the Obama Administration wants us, dependent on the government for everything. But maybe I'm over reacting, for after all, Obama has repeatedly said that he does not want to run the auto companies or the banks; he already has enough on his plate. So maybe this is just one big coincidence that he finds himself in charge of both of these things. I feel sorry for Obama. He is being forced to run these formerly private companies because of the dire circumstances that we find ourselves in, and not by any fault of his own. So if this is true, if he really doesn't want to be in charge of these companies then why did he just not let them go through a normal bankruptcy? Why is he dictating, like a dictator, the terms of their bankruptcies? He's arranging these bankruptcies so as to greatly favor the very auto unions that were responsible in large part for the bankruptcies in the first place? Is that not ironic? And why is he throwing out the rule of law that dictates (law, the real dictator) that the secured bond holders are to be first in line to recover their money in the event of a bankruptcy? The reason for this is obvious, it's for the unions, because without this action the unions would get zero out of the bankruptcy, and the democrats are not about to let that happen. Matter of fact, I think the problem we face today is not so much a budgetary problem. Its much different than that. We talk a lot about the budget. Just think of how many hours we talked about it today. But the budget and the deficit is a symptom of something much more serious, and that is what we have allowed our government to become. I think it has been the loss of respect by us here in the Congress to understand and take seriously Article 1 Section 8. If we did that, we wouldnt be doing all these things that we are doing. If we understood the 10th amendment, we wouldnt be doing all this, we wouldnt have a deficit. If we understood monetary policy we wouldnt have a monetary system that encourages all this that gets us off the hook.

This is certainly a difficult issue for so many but it's important to remember that the LDS church has many very good members who are gay. Though they chose not to live the lifestyle, they still live with the attraction. So what's the problem when we all have something to deal with. We felt it was important to define the term marriage but unfortunately it morphed into something else. During the vice presidential debate last night, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said that she agreed with Vice President Cheneys belief that there is a lot of flexibility in the Office of the Vice President and that she was thankful the Constitution would allow a bit more authority given to the vice president. In an interview with Fox News Carl Cameron this morning, Palin attempted to explain what she meant about the flexibility of the vice presidency. The vice president, of course, is not a member — or a part of the legislative branch, except to oversee the Senate, said Palin.
