Alex talks with Wayne Paul, the brother of Texas Congressman Ron Paul. [ ABOUT WAYNE PAUL ] Wayne A. Paul, CPA grew up south of Pittsburgh in Greentree, PA, the youngest of five boys. Matthew Wayne Shepard a light in the world The Death Of Matthew Shepherd The murder of a college student named Matthew Shepherd would become one of the most famous examples of a hate crime in recent history. On October 6, 1998, Aaron McKinney and Russell A. Henderson entered a Laramie Wyoming bar which was known as a place where homosexuals often hung out. The two men left the bar with the company of Matthew Shepherd, who they drove to an open field. After being tied to a fence and beaten within an inch of his life, he was left for dead in the near freezing temperatures. The two men had also stolen his wallet and shoes. Eighteen hours later, he was found by two passing motorcyclists who thought at first that Shepherd was a scarecrow because of the way he was positioned on the fence. Shepherd was flown via helicopter to Poudre Valley Hospital (approximately a ninety mile drive in Fort Collins, Colorado) where he remained in critical condition for several days. Twenty-two year old political science student Matthew Shepherd devoted his life, his friends say, to the fight for human rights. He was a relatively small guy, and it was reported later that he had been beaten up on two previous occasions because he was gay. The more severe of the other two attacks had left his jaw broken the year before. Matthew had spend many of his growing up years traveling the world - mainly because of his father's job as an oil rig safety inspector. After graduating high school, Matthew settled ...

Did Jesus die for the sins of the world? Was He Crucified as a Willing Sacrifice for the Sins of God's People? Did Jesus die to appease an angry God? According to the Bible, Jesus called upon God to save him. Let this cup pass from me, he pleaded, but no help came.Neither from God or his followers. His last words were, "My God, my God, why hath thou forsaken me". Those were not the words of a man willing to die. Those were the words of a man wanting to live!! King's College Cambridge 2005 #5 O Holy Night (Cantique De Noel) Adolphe Adam. Repeated by Kings in 2009, view it here. www.youtube.com The Story Behind O Holy Night hubpages.com O Holy Night was written by Placide Cappeau de Roquemaure in 1847. The music was written by Adolphe Charles Adams. Placide was known for his poetry, and the lyrics to the song are certainly poetry. He was approached by his parish priest to write something for the Christmas Mass, and this is what he came up with. He used the Gospel of Luke as his guide, and imagined what witnessing the birth of Jesus was like. He titled it "Cantique de Noel," which has become known in English as "O Holy Night." The song was performed three weeks after the music and lyrics were finalized at a Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve. It spread across the church and France very fast, and was performed in many Catholic services. Later, when Placide left the church, and it was discovered that Adams was a Jew, the heads of the French Catholic Church decreed it "unsuitable" for a Catholic Mass. However, it continued to be popular and sung throughout France. Legend has it that on Christmas Eve 1871, in the midst of fierce fighting between the armies of Germany and France, during the Franco-Prussian War, a French soldier suddenly jumped out of his muddy trench. Both sides stared at the seemingly crazed man. Boldly standing with no weapon in his hand or at his side, he lifted his eyes to the heavens and sang, "Minuit, Chretiens, c ...

This is a collection of the funniest moments from the show "Boy Meets World". I grew up watching this show and I felt like composing all of its funniest moments together in a video for myself and other fans of the show. The majority of these scenes were taken from seasons six and seven, because there were so many great Eric moments in those seasons. Eric is definitely the funniest character of the show and you'll see him and his antics the most throughout this video. So here it is, The Ultimate "Boy Meets World" Funny Moments Collection. Enjoy! Here's a summary of the series: One of the most durable offerings of ABC's Friday night TGIF sitcom lineup, Boy Meets World premiered September 24, 1993. Set in Philadelphia, the series starred Ben Savage as Cornelius A. "Cory" Matthews, who at the outset of the program was 11 years old. Hoping to make sense of the world around him and to hack his way through the thorny thicket of "tween-age" (and later teenage) life, Cory found a kindred spirit in fellow 11-year-old Shawn Hunter (Rider Strong), who lived in a trailer camp with his combative parents. Cory himself resided in a comfortable suburban home with dad Alan (William Russ), mom Amy (Betsy Randle), footloose older brother Eric (Will Friedle) and precocious kid sister Morgan (played first by Lily Nicksay, then by Lindsay Ridgeway); near the end of the series' run, Amy gave birth to a fourth child, a boy named Joshua. At school, Cory was kept in a state of constant terror and ...

Romeo adds independence to Reality TV World famous teen entertainer/athlete Romeo is in production on Romeo's World: Welcome to the Good Life -- a reality TV series with a positive message. "Reality TV is just cameras following you around and if you own the cameras and the production company then you own the content so you are able to control the series," said Romeo who is bringing independence to reality TV the same way his father Master P brought independence to hip-hop 15 years ago. The show aims to give viewers a glimpse into Romeo's busy life at school, on the court, and around the town. The series will follow Romeo from high school, to the prom, through graduation and into college as a student athlete. Romeo's World: Welcome to the Good Life emphasizes the importance of education, hard work, entrepreneurship, and a positive attitude as elements that contribute to Romeo's healthy and successful lifestyle and serves as constructive programming for today's youth. "A lot of people get caught up with the hype and what other people want you to do," said Romeo. "I always make sure I'm doing what I love doing and I think that goes a long way." Despite Romeo's celebrity status, he is still a teenager that goes to a regular public high school, and is now on his way to becoming a top student athlete in his sport of choice, basketball. Ironically, some have questioned Romeo's decision to attend college at USC in the fall. "I decided to go to college because it's probably the ...
