I have not found a site that has all of the downloads from reliable sources. Just try and find them yourselves. You have to download xx to 3.1.1a patch collection (WotLK), 3.1.1a to 3.1.2 incremental patch, and 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 incremental patch. us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=21079 has a lot of them there, but not all the sources are reliable and free.
