Sam Moore, the controversial Richmond strip club owner failed to show up in court on Tuesday, March 25th. He was supposed to go to trial on two charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Prosecutors said they plan to try Moore on those charges plus a felony charge of videotaping sex with a minor. But, Moore wasn't in court. His attorney told the judge he's in the psych ward at VCU.
