It's been several days since I've posted a video because I got tied up with moving, but I'm back on track and things are going great. I've lost some more weight this week and I'm now down to 15.9% body fat. Hope you enjoy the video!
In this video, I deal with being gone for a month. It is amazing how quickly time can fly as you are dealing with the floods in Iowa, recovering from a race, and then finally on vacation. July marks my way back to Tony Horton and starting over at Day 1. Marathon Week 2 Schedule: Mon-4 miles Wed-5 miles Thurs-3 miles (tempo) Saturday - 14 miles, Sun. - 4 at race pace (optional) Total - 30 miles

This Is a Weekly update of my P90X Journey..Not Slacking on my workouts this time just slacking on my weekly updates.. Yay I'm down another 5 pounds..
Here are my thoughts on finishing P90X, my shout-outs and my thoughts on what to do better next time in round two. Before and after pictures will be in the next video as I rambled too much in this one!

I am over thirty and have had four kids. Now,loosing the last pounds after the death of my son has been hard. But, i've desided to try the P90X for 90 days. Women of color often look for different results from the exercise program. This is my online Journey. This is also my 90 days of healing I will take this time to increase my prayer life, fast and read the purpose driven life. I will use my laptop for the other videos; That way it will be shot in better lighting conditions. This is shot with Logitech.

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 28 of P90X which means that it's time to update my pictures and measurements. I had another great week with P90X and I felt like I made some great strides with my conditioning. The diet is going awesome and I'm really starting to see some results... I'm going to be adding a few supplements to the mix this week, so we'll see what type of impact those have. I purchased the P90X Recovery Drink, the mocha and berry flavored Performance Bars, the Peak Health Formula, and the Performance Formula. I dropped another 4 pounds this week, which means I'm down to 187. This is the first time I've weight less than 190 pounds in quite a while and I've now lost a total of 11 pounds in the first 4 weeks of P90X. Stay tuned!
http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 27 of the P90X home fitness program and it's official... I love yoga. As you may have guessed, today's workout DVD was Yoga X and I've come a LONG way since the first time I attempted it. Yoga really does look so much easier that it is, but it really becomes beneficial once you get the hang of it. Once you begin to get your yoga groove on, it becomes obvious why it plays such an important role in the P90X program. There are still some yoga poses and positions that are proving to be difficult, but I think that will become a thing of the past as time goes on and I lose some more weight. I had another good nutrition day today (no cheating) and I'm looking forward to tomorrow when I get to take my week four measurements and photos. The 90 day road to a better body
http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 26 of the P90X exercise program and I had the core synergistics workout once again today. It went really, really well and I am finding that it's easier to make it all the way through these intense workouts now... I'm still eating well and I can tell that I've dropped some more weight this week. It's starting to become an adventure each time I go to my closet because I can wear stuff that hasn't fit me in well over a year. I've been tempted to weigh in but I'm waiting until Monday to take my measurements and photos all at the same time. I'm pretty excited to see my results as it will be the end of month one. Another friend of mine paid me a compliment today and asked if I had lost some weight. They didn't have any clue that I was doing the P90X program or trying to get into shape. yes i'm geting ripped with the p90x. over no more chirping. A dumbbell is a piece of equipment used in weight training, and is a type of free weight. It is usually held in one hand. The forerunner of the dumbbell was used in India for more than a millennium, shaped like a club -- so named Indian club. The design of the "Nal", as the equipment was referred to, can be seen as a halfway point between a barbell and a dumbbell. It was generally used in pairs, in workouts by wrestlers, bodybuilders, sports players, and others wishing to increase strength and muscle size. Dumbbells" as a word originated in Tudor England -- strongmen used hand-held church bells to develop the upper body and arms. These bells range in weight from a few ounces to many pounds. The bells were flourished in various ways. Obviously, this would have a made racket, so the strongmen would take out the clappers (the thing inside the bell which hits the sides of the bell and makes the noise) so they could practice quietly; hence the name "dumb", as in "no sound", and "bell" -- dumbell. When strongmen started to make their own equipment, they kept the name, even though the shape changed. Kettles were also available in various sizes, ranging up to those holding several gallons. Filled with sand or water, these too could be used for training. When strongmen started making purpose-built equipment, they also kept the name. A physical exercise is a bodily activity that develops and maintains physical fitness and overall health. It is often practiced to strengthen muscles and the cardiovascular system, and to hone athletic skills. These are the final before & after results of my first round of P90X.
http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today is day 14 of P90X and time for another progress update. I took my measurements and pictures this morning and overall I'm happy with the results. I'm continuing to see improvements with belly fat and love handles, and my body fat percentage has dropped now to 18.5% which is 2.3% lower than where I started. My weight has dropped to 193 so I've lost a total of 5 pounds in the first 2 weeks of P90X, and my resting heart rate dropped again to 59 (when I started it was 73). While it's still too early to expect dramatic results, I'm definitely seeing signs of steady improvement. Stay tuned...

Ok...Here we go. This is the change I made in 3 months with a program called P90X. It was the best move I have made in a long time. The physical change is what I was after, but it changed a whole lot more than that!
