Here is the video of Mr. Derrick, a motorist tasered by police from the Columbia Missouri police department after 23 seconds!! He was stopped for allegedly having no front license plate. He was tasered 23 seconds later. He asked why he was stopped - the policeman responded that he had no license (false - it was in the police officer's hand). The policeman signalled that he smelled marijuana (touched his nose - the other officer shook his head, indicating that he did not smell marijuana. Mr. Derrick was tasered, beaten, maced and arrested. Why? Resisting Arrest!!!!! His lawyer is filing suit and would appreciate your comments at sam.trapp@trapplaw.biz. I am cadilac's attorney. This will be the only post I make. Just to get the ball rolling - I enjoy your commentary and am quite interested in the current "get rid of the taser issue.". What if......... The license plate was in the front window because the placeholder recently fell off? Cadilac was pulled over by the same two officers several weeks before and arrested for having a warrant for his arrest when he had no warrant, was taken to the police station for booking, and then was released? Cadilac was wondering why the officer would tell him he has no license, when his license was in the officer's hand? Cadilac has no prior record except a high school altercation with another student? There was no weapon or contraband of any kind discovered in the resulting search of the vehicle? The policy of the CPD requires you to yell ...

www.myspace.com - A police officer in the Syracuse, New York, area Tasered a 37-year-old mom repeatedly in front of her children during a routine traffic stop—and then arrested the mom, leaving the children alone in their family minivan for 40 minutes in freezing weather. The incident took place in Onondaga County, New York, on January 31, but dashcam video of the incident only recently came to light. According to a report at syracuse.com, what started out as a routine traffic stop escalated quickly when 37-year-old Audra Harmon challenged officer Sean Andrews assertion that she had been talking on her cell phone when he pulled her over. Harmon disputed that fact, as well as the officers claim that she had been speeding—doing 50 mph in a 45 zone. An article at MSNBC.com describes the situation: Harmon had been driving home with her 15-year-old son, whom she had just picked up from wrestling practice, and 5-year-old daughter. She said she was resting her right hand on her cheek as she pulled behind a sheriffs deputy to make a right turn onto the road where she lived. After she made the turn, the deputy pulled off the road to let her pass, then pulled out behind her with his lights flashing and siren blaring. When Harmon got out of her minivan to show Officer Andrews that she wasnt in possession of a cell phone, and to ask to see video footage of her allegedly talking on the cell phone she didnt possess, the officer ordered her to get back in her car. And then he pulled out ...

Police Brutality: MANASSAS, Va. - Prince William County Police responded to a noise complaint at a child's baptism party. By the time they left, a grandfather and a pregnant woman had been Tasered. On Tuesday night, a Manassas family said cops went too far. The 55-year-old homeowner is a church family counselor and a bible study teacher. He says he was hosting a party for his new godchild. However, he and the pregnant mother of the baptized boys face serious charges. Relatives are charging police used excessive force just to quiet down the backyard party. Family members say it was supposed to be a happy day to celebrate the baptism of the two little boys. Home video captures the party moments before police arrive following a noise complaint. You can hear children's laughter above the sound of music. Edgar Rodriguez says the backyard celebration came to an abrupt halt. After some confusion, his 55-year-old father, Edgar Rodriguez, Sr. says he was asked for an ID and handed it over. Then, he was Tasered three times. The elder Rodriguez explains how he pulls out his wallet. Interpreting for his father, Edgar says, "He took out his wallet. He had the license in his hand and gave his wallet to his wife. When he lifted up his hands with his license, he started feeling the electric shock in his back." "All of a sudden he got Tasered in the back and then this side, and then officer in the front of him Tasered him from the front. My dad was not under arrest. We never heard anyone ...
Police Brutality: DASH CAM VIDEO: www.cnjonline.com Tucumcari Police Chief Roger Hatcher has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation into last weeks Taser shooting of a teenage girl. Hatcher said he shot two Taser darts at Kailee Martinez, 14, Thursday while responding to a domestic dispute between the girl and her mother. One hit her in the head and the other struck her back. Martinez said she was released from Albuquerques University of New Mexico Hospital on Sunday following a two-hour surgery to remove one of the darts from her head. The surgery left her with 18 staples and six stitches. "I feel good being home," Martinez said Tuesday. "It is a lot better than being in a hospital." Martinez mother, Stacy Akin, said she drove her daughter to police headquarters after they fought about a cell phone. Hatcher said the girl walked away from the police station and when he talked with Akin she had a bloody lip and scratches from a fight. Hatcher said he found the girl in a city park, but when he tried to talk to her she ran into traffic without looking. Hatcher said he was unable to catch her and used the stun gun because he didnt know where she might go and he had to get her stopped. "I was going to the park to clear my mind," Martinez said. "I go there when I get angry. It is a place where I can calm down." Martinez said she saw Hatcher drive around the park and did not want to stay there and deal with him. She said she was walking ...
A traffic stop for speeding in a construction zone led to the tasering of a 72-year old great-grandmother by a Texas deputy. Kathryn Winkfein, 72, of Granite Schoals, Texas was then handcuffed, and taken away to jail for resisting arrest and detention. The deputy said that when he asked Winkfein to sign the speeding ticket he issued, she refused, used profane language and became violent, at which point he tased her. The great-grandmother admits to speeding, but denies the rest of the deputy's allegations, and has hired an attorney to represent her, she tells a Fox News reporter: Winkfein showed FOX 7 her taser scars. "Here and here. Two places, side by side. It's unreal. It's like an electric shock," she said. "I wasn't argumentative, I was not combative. This is a lie. All of this is a lie, pulled away from him I did not," she said, reading the arrest affidavit. Regardless, it's difficult to fathom how a speeding ticket evolved to the point where a trained law enforcement officer felt the need to jolt an elderly woman with a taser. Fox News has requested a copy of the deputy's dashboard camera video recording of the encounter, but has not yet received a response.

Mark Backlund is tasered by police after he crashes his car into the median. He was on his way to pick up his parents from the airport. Trooper Tim Koehler was the first to arrive and was punched in the face by Backlund. The video showed Koehler jerking out of Backlund's vehicle and yelling after being struck. On the video's audio track Koehler could be heard asking Backlund if he was diabetic. That question was asked because Backlund appeared to be impaired. The autopsy states he died later that night due to mixed drug use, including acute cocaine abuse. Tests also detected marijuana, a painkiller and other drugs. Contributing factors included police restraint and heart conditions, including severe hardening of the arteries.

Future Weapons - To maximize incapacitation, the XREP engine incorporates a microprocessor controlled optimal electrode selection technology. Twenty times per second, the XREP Engine checks for the best electrode connection to maximize the contact spread and achieve greatest incapacitation. If the Cholla or Reflex Engagement electrodes make contact, the XREP engine automatically delivers NMI impulses from the nose electrodes to the selected electrode. In fact, if the subject even grabs the tether, a live hand-trap wire makes a connection and the NMI effect is delivered through the hand, preventing the subject from letting go. If none of the preferred electrodes are in contact, the XREP delivers its impulse across the front electrodes, creating a painful stimulus to distract, disorient, and entice the subject to grab for the XREP making a hand connection, or to move in reaction to the pain which can help the cholla electrodes on the main chassis to engage. more...www.taser.com
See my other videos for my latest and more powerful Taser Gloves. Zilochius Productions Presents: E.P.G.V 1.1 - 2.0 I have built these gloves using some camera's flashes, a welding machine, liquid silicon and other raw materials. The first one works with one 1,5 volts battery, the last with two 1,5 volts battery. The originary was to make an offensive and difensive electric weapon incorporated on a glove, like a taser. To hurt someone with this stuff you need only to hit the skin, like hands, arms, face etc etc.. E.P.G. V 1.1 has metal spikes applicated on the knuckles (instead of V 1.0) , this way the glove is able to give electric fists. E.P.G. V 2.0 differs from the 1.1 version in the developed power. The new one has the double amount of condensers, batteries and circuits compared to the other. Deborah Kerr in The King and I recommended whistling a happy tune when afraid, but now fearful Americans can sing along to their favourite tracks while shooting anyone who causes them consternation with a 50,000-volt electric charge. The annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, which is expected to receive more than 140,000 visitors this week, is no stranger to bizarre gadgets but the iTaser - as it has been dubbed - must rank as one of the oddest. It combines a Taser stun gun, used by 12,000 law enforcement and security forces, including the Metropolitan police, with an MP3 player and earphones. As to which tracks anyone toting such a device might download on to the 1GB player that is integrated into the gun's holster, anything by Sparks or Frank Zappa must be fairly high on the list. Arizona-based Taser International sells the handheld stun guns under the rather hyperbolic banner of "Changing the World and Protecting Lives". It maintains that the iTaser "allows for both personal protection and personal music for people on the go". According to Rick Smith, founder of the company, "personal protection can be both fashionable and functionable". The company says the new device is particularly aimed at women - with red, pink and even leopard print designs intended to make carrying a stun gun fashionable. A spokesman in Las Vegas said the inclusion of a music player would encourage purchases by women who want a form of self defence while out jogging, but would otherwise choose to take an iPod or other MP3 player with them instead of a weapon. "A lot of women aren't going to go into a gun store and feel comfortable enough buying a Taser, so now we have some outdoor companies and dealers - some cellphone places are starting to carry them and hang them next to phones," he said. Half a million Tasers are already in use globally despite warnings from Amnesty International that they have been linked to more than 70 deaths in the US. According to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation a further 18 people have died after being stunned by a Taser in Canada. Taser International, however, maintains that the devices merely stun people and, with proper training, are otherwise harmless. The guns shoot two small probes, at speeds of more than 48 metres a second, which are connected to the device by insulated wire. Those probes deliver an electric charge that causes instant neuro-muscular incapacitation, causing the victim to crumple to the floor. They also lose the ability to move for a few seconds. The gun generates a staggering 50,000 volts but the actual ampage - which is potentially very dangerous to life - is a mere 0.0021 amps, while a household plug carries 13 amps. The ampage is so low that the Taser's two lithium camera batteries can stun 100,000 people, but used in a digital camera they would provide just 100 photo flashes. Being hit by a stun gun is, however, a deeply unpleasant experience. Last month a 45-year-old company director, who later proved to be unarmed and innocent, claimed he had been "Tasered" in north London. The first shock caused him to drop to his knees, while a second left him flat on his face with a broken tooth and a further six shocks made him wet himself. The Independent Police Complaints Commission has started an investigation into the incident. Daniel Sylvester, the owner of an east London security firm employing 65 staff to guard council offices, pubs and nightclubs, described the sensation as "like being tortured". Ten police forces in England and Wales are using Tasers. Forces from Devon and Cornwall to north Wales and Northumbria have issued the stun guns to previously unarmed officers. The Met, for instance, started handing out the devices in early December to members of its territorial support group after training at a specialist centre in Gravesend, Kent. It has pledged that only six officers will be carrying them at any one time in the capital. Asked whether they will be allowed to listen to their favourite tunes while on the beat, or perhaps download the latest police training manuals into their holsters and plug in, a Met spokesman was derisory: "I can honestly say no, we won't be using it. Do you think that would be a good use of public money?" The British public are banned from using Tasers but they are legal in 43 US states where Taser International has already sold 160,000 to private citizens. The American government does not consider Tasers to be firearms. The system does include some safeguards to try to prevent unlawful use, including owner registration and a trace of tiny, uniquely computer chips left at the scene of a shooting. A surveillance camera catches a police officer using a Taser to bring a customer under control in a Daytona Beach Best Buy Thursday. MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) ― The Minneapolis Police Department has become one of the latest law enforcement agencies to use Tasers equipped with cameras. The new Tasers have the cameras mounted on the end of them. Once an officer turns on his Taser, the camera starts recording audio and video of the encounter. The MPD released video to WCCO-TV from several incidents which occurred in recent months. They included a confrontation with a man armed with a knife at a pool hall, a domestic call where a man holds a crying baby hostage and several encounters where the suspects cooperated after the Taser was turned on but before the officer used the electronic jolt. "More often than not it does give us a very good picture of the scene just prior to Taser deployment," said Minneapolis Deputy Police Chief Scott Gerlicher. Gerlicher also believes the Taser cameras will increase community confidence in how the MPD handles encounters with suspects. "We think it affords us a lot better accountability for the officers and for the public to know that we can go back and look at the video and see under the circumstances with which the Taser was deployed," said Gerlicher. The MPD currently has cameras on 10 of the department's 200 Tasers. Officials hope to eventually provide Taser cameras to all officers on patrol. The MPD Taser coordinator, Officer Adam Grogove, invited WCCO-TV reporter Caroline Lowe, who also has her Minnesota police license, to try out their new tool. Lowe has been "tased" twice for previous reports but this was the first time she had been on the other end of a Taser. Grobove wore a protective suit and was armed with a knife when he played a "bad guy" confronting Lowe. Lowe yelled at him to "back off" and then shot off her Taser cam when he continued to lunge forward. After he was struck with a burst from Lowe's Taser, two other officers took control of "bad guy" Grobove and handcuffed him. The "staged" incident with Lowe was all captured on video and audio recorded by the Taser cam. According to a report by the Minneapolis Police Department, officers used Tasers 232 times last year. So far, they have received no complaints from the community. The Minnesota State Patrol will be getting their first Taser cameras in the next few weeks. They will join Minneapolis, St. Cloud and the Itasca County Sheriff's Office who already have the Taser cameras.

RCMP use of Taser on Robert Dziekanski. Warning: video contains graphic scenes raw video Video shows a man who later died being subdued at an airport. (VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED)A video showing the last moments of a Polish immigrant, who died after Canadian police shot him with a stun gun at Vancouver International Airport, has been made public. Robert Dziekanski, 40, was traveling to join his mother, who lives in British Columbia, when he ended up spending about 10 hours in the airport's arrivals area, The Canadian Press said. RCMP Tasers Man to Death at Vancouver Airport
CBC report on the latest example of senseless use of deadly force by police, compounded by the routine lie that the police had been attacked by the victim. Since we already know Robert had no drugs or alcohol in his system, how long will it be until he's diagnosed as suffering from "excited delirium syndrome" - the phony disorder invented by the Taser lobby to deny the obvious fact Tasers often kill people.
An eyewitness's video recording of a man dying after being stunned with a Taser by police on Oct. 14 at Vancouver International Airport has been released to the public. The 10-minute video recording clearly shows four RCMP officers talking to Robert Dziekanski while he is standing with his back to a counter and with his arms lowered by his sides, but his hands are not visible. About 25 seconds after police enter the secure area where he is, there is a loud crack that sounds like a Taser shot, followed by Dziekanski screaming and convulsing as he stumbles and falls to the floor.

Now we get a few more details about the man killed by "officer friendlies" working at the Vancouver Airport. The mother had saved for seven years to once again see her son. Yet he ends up getting killed by RCMP gestapo only yards from seeing her one last time.
Just the latest example of a lack of professionalism and concern for public safety in general, by the RCMP (and other police)in the use of force on unarmed individuals. YET AGAIN, we have independant witnesses who show the police are LYING about the events leading up to a lethal use of force.
A man in his 40s died early Sunday morning after RCMP jolted him with a Taser at the Vancouver International Airport, police said. Airport security called the Mounties for assistance after an unidentified man began pounding on windows and throwing chairs and computer equipment in the customs area shortly after arriving on an international flight at 1:30 a.m., Richmond RCMP Sgt. Pierre Lemaitre told CBC News.
