So everyone stands on duty at the front office will sell the room at the same rate with transparenncy with the rate chart.

The room has to be pictured and pasted in the front desk album for theguests and the staff to get familiar of the room style.

The staff doesn't know the room profile. The hotel has many room style and size under the same category and rate

So now I decide to assign fix minimum rate to each room style and each rate gets its own guest segmantation

That is OK. but when the rate is the same or higher when the room is small then the unsatisfy burst.

The guest sometimes gets big beautiful room with low rate .

The room with 1 double bed has the same rate as the room with 1 double bed plus 1 twin bed. The guest doesn't understand.

i will sleep early tonight. No more night shift. The staff keeps me away from standing at front office. Suppose they can do better than me.
