lammersk: 3 juries scheduled this week 3 juries prepped 3 didn't happen
lammersk: waiting 4 a prelim on a rape to end so I can get a DUI guilty plea entered
lammersk: next question is whether he's Carter or Clinton
lammersk: guess that settles the question of whether Obama is Al Smith
lammersk: Obama's got this won unless he makes another "guns and Bibles" statement in public
lammersk: the sense is that McCain needed an ace while holding serve won it for Obama
lammersk: basically saying neither did great
lammersk: even Fox this morning basically saying ObAma won debate
lammersk: CNN seems to be calling this barely for Obama
lammersk: both CNN & Fox basically calling it boring
lammersk: been watching on cnet now going to switch to news channels
lammersk: but gotta say that closing by McCain was good
lammersk: how can McCain always look like he's hunching his shoulders
