the standard of living in Libya is really low because it had a lot of disease, it experiences lots of droughts, and the literacy late is really low. many people are very poor and have no homes.
when i was in Libya i got epileptic seizures. this is where someone experiences abnormal excessive or synchronous activity in the brain the effect can be as dramatic as a wild thrashing movement. one way to prevent this is have better living conditions so the disease wont spread as easily.
when i went to school i didn't get very much. the only qualification i received was a high school diploma and that is all. i did not have the opportunity so i was limited to the jobs i could apply for because many required college degrees.
my life expectancy in Libya is 77 years compared to 78 years in the USA. they are similar because Libya has good living conditions than the rest of Africa.
i believe this was corruption. the president denied other political parties to challenge him so he was never voted away. before him there was Mobutu, who was also a corrupt president. he ordered all of the UN troops out of the DRC and when the Rwandan militarits tried to over throw him he had Zimbabwe and Ugandan armies to help him. many peole fled the country in fear of the president, causing the net migration to be negative.
