It's like a one-day Amazing Race. Get ready for the best challenge you ever took. Take the dare! We will begin check-in at 11:00 and will be taking registration up to the start of the race. Look for us in the light blue t-shirts. You must wear your Urban Dare shirts throughout the race, which we will give you at check-in.
Mayor Menino's 2011 Bike Week Festival. Enjoy a guided bike convoy to Boston's City Hall Plaza, where you'll be met with a free breakfast from Boloco, a bike festival and expo with music and tons of free giveaways.

The Center is offering skippered sails during a weekend Open House from 1-5pm on Saturday, April 30th & Sunday, May 1st, 2011. A 5 or 10k (3.1 or 6.2 mile) walk route is available. All routes are rated moderately easy, suitable for strollers and for wheelchairs. The walk is through the West Newton and Auburndale sections of Newton. The trail includes Brae Burn Country Club, Lasell College and the historic Episcopal Parish of the Messiah Church. The return route follows the famous Boston Marathon course. Walk box can be found on the table in the library main lobby.
