Ronald Reagan orders to have the wall torn down, re-united and freed the E. Germans with the W. Germans. Another big step toward the elimination of communism through out the world.
The election of a president who corrected the nations economy to work well ( Reganomics). Also took out taxes to regulate . A president that was not afraid of anybody which was what the country was in dire need of having.
Evan though the United States had been through some ruff times this game changed many lives in the face of evil. It helped give confidence as well as unity to the citizens of this great nation we call home. ( computer will not let me get picture for this) sorry
Important because some thought that an election was being attempted to rig therefor whoever was president ( Nixon ) would win without a problem. X workers for Nixon in the White House burglarized the Watergate complex, and bugged phones to hopefully catch the opponent off guard.

A very impacting day because Martin was one, or the most significant person to impact the civil rights movement. He practically broke down the wall between black and white as well as help start desegregation and end segregation.
A very dicey time for the United States because of how close it came to a nuclear war between Russia and the U.S.A.. Russia began importing short range bombs to Cuba so they could fire into the states very easily taking out major cities like L.A., and Denver.
A very strange war because the U.S. was trying to rid communism, yet no one in the home front was in support of the war. It is also the period where a lot of rebellious people came out due to the war in Vietnam. Also peace makers was a very big part of the final withdraw in Vietnam. later allowing Vietnam to be consumed by communist leaders and is still to this day.
Nine black teenagers attempt on entering an all white high school (Central High) in one of the most racial locations in the south, Little rock. Big step for the civil rights movement and the desegregation of segregated schools all over the nation.
Helped end World War 2 in a couple of days but also sent a shock to the nation's of a new and powerful technology the United States of America obtained. Boosted the U.S.A. to a very powerful nation, who was not to be messed with.

Seeing the tyranny of the communist Germany Franklin D. Roosevelt shows the world that the United States of America is not afraid of evil and also has goals of ridding the planet of communism. Is the first step to one of the most horrific wars America fought in.
